★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception da rivedere....avevamo l'appuntamento, ci hanno messo in fila come chi non lo aveva....la persona dell'ufficio ci stava aspettando ed è dovuta uscire per chiamarci...si salva solo perché l'impiegata merita 5 stelle per competenza, gentilezza e disponibilità.
 Reception to be reviewed .... we had an appointment, they put us in line as someone who didn't ... the office person was waiting for us and had to go out to call us ... he is saved only because the employee deserves 5 stars for competence, kindness and availability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente che non sa fare il proprio lavoro. Incompetente, superficiale. non rispondono al telefono. Non rispondono alle email.Peccato perché un tempo lo spazio città di Cassano era un servizio eccellente.
People who can't do their job. Incompetent, superficial. they don't answer the phone. They don't reply to emails. It's a shame because Cassano city space used to be an excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attesa infinita agli sportello per richiedere un certificato anagrafico. Il totem non funziona e forse sarebbe da gestire meglio l'utenza, magari in base alle pratiche richieste. È possibile fare un 'ora di coda?
Endless waiting at the counters to request a registry certificate. The totem is not working and maybe it would be better manage the users, perhaps based on requests practices. You can take a 'time line?
