Risposte:"deve parlare col suo concesionario" "non le facciamo" "si, facciamo le reimmatricolazioni ma col concessionario" "le facciamo ma a metà strada: deve rivolgersi al suo concessionario" "no, non le facciamo" (di nuovo). Tutto con estrema scortesia e chiaramente nessuna voglia né di capire, né di offrire il servizio. A mai più agenzia Vanna.

Gentli Signori, cosa ci sia da denunciare davvero non saprei..
Il mio è semplicemente stato un commento al trattamento ricevuto, considerando la brusca e spiacevole telefonata intercorsa, ritengo assolutamente di poter esprimere il mio libero pensiero.
Per lavoro ho a che fare anch'io spesso con persone al telefono e vi assicuro che sentirsi trattare come avete fatto voi oggi non è assolutamente normale. Non ho chiamato un numero domestico a caso, stavo cercando un'agenzia pratiche auto per poter effettuare un passaggio di proprietà in zona. Evidentemente l'educazione professionale non è proprio così spiccata in voi perché altrimenti non avreste risposto come avete fatto. Se non si sente perfettamente al telefono non si commenta dicendo: "cos'è uno scherzo telefonico?!" e si prosegue dicendo in maniera brusca che non fate preventivo telefonici nemmeno facendo finire di parlare. Cosa che invece in modo gentile e garbato hanno fatto tutte le altre agenzie che ho contattato. Beh signori, forse una riflessione merita farla anziché minacciare.

Richiesta della tariffa per rinnovo patente B
Oltre ad essere arrogante, nessun ascolto da parte della Sig.ra che continua ad interrompermi dicendo che la mia richiesta deve essere breve perché non ha tempo. Dopo il terzo tentativo a formulare la mia semplice richiesta, vale a dire conoscere la tariffa per effettuare il rinnovo della patente B, la Sig.ra non mi fornisce nessuna risposta e mi chiede di passare in agenzia al fine di effettuare delle verifiche sul tipo di patente in mio possesso.
Sicuramente non consiglierò quest’agenzia che non fornisce il servizio più basico: disponibilità e ascolto del cliente

Chiesta informazione al telefono per costo rinnovo patente B. Risposta non ottenuta, se non che mi dovevo recare in agenzia per vedere sul PC. Mi chiedo cosa ci sia da vedere per un classico rinnovo di patente B. Di conseguenza immagino non sia possibile ottenere informazioni sul prezzo al telefono per poterlo liberamente confrontare.
