m	mattia giunzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darei zero stelle se fosse possibile. O non sanno nemmeno loro ciò che vendono, o fanno finta. Per ogni macchina vi diranno che hanno appena messo il motore nuovo. Ho acquistato un'auto da loro e dopo 4 mesi di utilizzo, il motore era già fuso. Quando li ho contattati per una soluzione a riguardo, mi hanno detto che la loro garanzia non copriva tutto il motore e per cui avrei dovuto pagare come se non avessi alcuna garanzia. Disonesti come pochi. I would give zero stars if it were possible. Either they don't even know what they're selling, or they pretend. For each car they will tell you that they have just put in the new engine. I bought a car from them and after 4 months of use, the engine was already melted. When I contacted them for a solution about it, they told me their warranty did not cover the whole engine and that I would have to pay as if I had no warranty. Dishonest like few.

Il venditore non si è impegnato nemmeno a fare un duplicato, nonostante prima dell acquisto avesse garantito la presenza della doppia chiave. Segnalato il tutto alle autorità competenti. Evitateli. A friend of mine bought the car from them, and was not given the second key (more than 10 days after purchase). The seller did not even undertake to make a duplicate, although before the purchase he had guaranteed the presence of the double key. Reported everything to the competent authorities. Avoid them.

E senz'altro il primo che contatterò per eventuali acquisti. I bought a Zafira about a month ago, and they have been professional and helpful. Car properly checked and delivered without surprises, deserved 5 stars. And certainly the first one I will contact for any purchases.

Decido di far vedere l’usato a mio padre che è meccanico da 40 anni e mi comunica che il problema è all’interno(Ovviamente lui non tocca nulla essendo ancora in garanzia). Contatto L’autorimessa e mi cominciano che ordineranno il pezzo senza nemmeno vedere e mi avrebbero contattato loro. Ovviamente spariti fino a che decido di ricontattarli. Nel frattempo mi si rompe anche il motorino del finestrino destro. Morale della favola??? Ho dovuto pagare 40€ per il motorino neanche nuovo ma di demolizione e non mi aggiusteranno neanche l’aria (se non pagando) perché dicono che non è compresa nella garanzia, Nonostante quando l’ho acquistata mi è stato assicurato che loro coprivano tutto ciò che non era soggetto ad usura esterna!!! sono allibita!!! I decide to show the used car to my father who has been a mechanic for 40 years and he tells me that the problem is inside (Obviously he doesn't touch anything as he is still under warranty). I contact the garage and they begin to order the piece without even seeing it and they would contact me. Obviously disappeared until I decide to contact them again. In the meantime, the motor in the right window also breaks. Moral of the story ??? I had to pay 40 € for the not new but demolition moped and they won't fix the air either (if not paying for it) because they say it's not included in the warranty, Although when I bought it I was assured that they covered everything which was not subject to external wear !!! I am stunned !!!

Molto disponibili e professionali, sicuramente tornerò se in futuro dovessi avere bisogno. M	Moeez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato una Opel Corsa, me l'hanno venduta dicendomi "GPL di serie" per questo me l'hanno fatta pagare di più, poi un giorno facendola controllare per un problema ad un officina GPL autorizzata scopro che non è di serie ma è stato montato dopo. Spesso il cliente viene trascurato, e non sanno neanche loro esattamente che cosa vendono. L'unica cosa positiva è che il nipote è un ragazzo disponibile. Bought an Opel Corsa, they sold it to me saying "stock LPG" for this they made me pay more, then one day having it checked for a problem at an authorized LPG workshop I discover that it is not standard but has been fitted after. Often the customer is overlooked, and they don't even know exactly what they are selling. The only good thing is that the grandson is a helpful boy.
