★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potessi dare zero lo darei... Da due anni i corrieri della mia zona non consegnano. I pacchi ritornano indietro. Slittano le consegne da un giorno all'altro per settimane. Continie mail giornaliere pee avere confeema di consegna che poi all'improvviso slittano. Lo definisco senz'altro un pessimo coeeiere. Sceglie dipendenti che si permettono dinon consegnare sw non gli stai simpatico... Corriere segnalato numeroae volte ma senza mai nessun risultato. I pacchi continuano a non arrivare.
 If I could give zero I would give it ... For two years the couriers in my area have not delivered. The packages come back. Deliveries slip from day to day for weeks. We keep daily mails for delivery packages which then suddenly slip. I definitely call it a bad coeeiere. He chooses employees who allow themselves not to deliver sw he doesn't like you ... Courier reported numberae times but never without any result. Packages still do not arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the 2nd time that a shipment which should be sent from Italy to Germany (subsidy) was sent to Belgium (central) - nobody at BRT feels responsible for it - this service is a disaster!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ never had a good experience with this company always late the excuse for not delivering was no name on the door bell . not the first time they have used that excuse . if any company uses this corrier BRT S.p.a i will not be buying from you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Disaster! This company seems to doesn't like to deliver packages! This time no one showed up or even tried to deliver the package, they just wrote " we tried to deliver, no one at home ". What a lie! I wrote BRT in advance, before their delivery that same day, that " I am at home, that the doorbell is functioning and my phone would work as well ", so please no excuses this time...….guess what...after 6 pm I could read at "BRT tracking : we made a delivery attempt, no one at home ". Am I upset? You guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ would strongly advice to re-establish physical punishments for the idiots that try to pick up the packages. never seen anything like that. took 5 times for someone to even show up, and hen he showed up, he left again without taking the package. maybe some of your drivers should switch their occupation from courier to olympic runner, cause they are gone faster than they even arrived (if they show up at all).
