Era praticamente nuovo e il personale qualificato e disponibile (hanno cortesemente atteso oltre l'orario di chiusura perché ero in ritardo). Prezzi ultracompetitivi, lo consiglio. I rented a van for three days for a move. It was practically new and the staff was qualified and helpful (they kindly waited after closing time because I was late). Ultra-competitive prices, I recommend it.

Al momento di prenotare telefonicamente, però, mi hanno aumentato la tariffa perché il mio chilometraggio, pur essendo illimitato, era "più illimitato" di quanto da loro considerato. Pertanto mi confermavano via email questo prezzo maggiorato. Successivamente, telefonicamente, me lo hanno aumentato ulteriormente perché il prezzo era comunque "troppo basso". Da considerare che la sede si trova Fiano Romano, a 40 km da Roma. I made a quote on their website for the rental of a van with unlimited mileage, and I got an interesting offer. s	simone lupi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNA STELLA E' PURE TROPPO !!!! Abbiamo noleggiato un furgone per un trasloco . Appena preso ci siamo accorti che aveva una ruota sgonfia e l'abbiamo gonfiata . Peccato che nel pieno del trasloco la gomma si era nuovamente sgonfiata. Ho pensato di sostituire la gomma difettosa con quella di scorta, Ma quella di scorta era più sgonfia di quella montata! A questo punto ho dovuto interrompere il trasloco e recarmi da un gommista (dovendo percorrere 300 km totali) dopo aver chiesto lumi al noleggiatore (il quale mi ha detto di arrangiarmi - in sintesi). Il gommista ha verificato il pneumatico: prolunga valvola serrata in modo insufficiente (ruote gemellari). Costo dell'operazione 15 €. tempo perso 2 ore. Nel frattempo i mobili prossimi al carico hanno preso pioggia & grandine. Alla riconsegna del mezzo sono stato liquidato con timide scuse e con la promessa che al prossimo nolo avrei usufruito di uno sconto di 15 €... ditta poco seria e non curante delle norme di sicurezza. A STAR IS TOO MUCH !!!! We hired a van for a move. As soon as we got there we realized that it had a flat tire and we inflated it. Too bad that in the middle of the move the tire had deflated again. I thought of replacing the defective tire with the spare one, But the spare one was more deflated than the mounted one! At this point I had to stop the move and go to a tire dealer (having to travel 300 km in total) after asking the renter for lights (who told me to get by - in summary). The tire repairer checked the tire: valve extension insufficiently tightened (twin wheels). Cost of the operation € 15. lost time 2 hours. In the meantime, the furniture close to the load has taken rain & hail. Upon return of the vehicle I was liquidated with timid apologies and with the promise that at the next freight I would have benefited from a discount of € 15 ... a very serious company and not caring for safety regulations.

Non so nulla dei modelli di auto e ho pensato che la foto fosse rappresentativa. In realtà, questo si è rivelato non essere il caso. Avrei dovuto controllare le dimensioni, ma penso comunque che questo sia un caso di inganno cliente, sià volendo o no. A causa del volume ridotto, ora sono obbligata a fare un giro in più. Ciò che mi ha davvero disturbato è che gli operatori al banco hanno negato la differenza tra il modello sulla foto del sito Web e ciò che ho ottenuto in realtà. I don't know anything about the car models and I thought the photo was representative. In reality, this proved not to be the case. What really disturbed me is that the operators at the counter denied the difference between the model on the website photo and what I actually got.

She sent a car to get me from my hotel to the agency and did all the administrative stuff in a timely fashion. She even found a transportation solution for me from the agency to the airport. The prices are also unbeatable. Strongly recommend this car rental service.
