★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vergogna. Dopo aver prenotato e pagato anticipatamente su Rentalcar un'auto quattro giorni prima, arrivo e l'auto non c'è e non arriverà. Mi viene proposto un pullmino 9 posti. Vengo dirottato prima alla Hertz di viale Regina Margherita e poi alla Hertz di Testaccio. Solo dopo quasi 4 ore riesco ad avere un'auto della categoria pagata.
A shame. After booking and paying in advance on Rentalcar a car four days before, arrival and the car is not there and will not arrive. I am offered a 9-seater van. I am diverted first to Hertz in Viale Regina Margherita and then to Hertz in Testaccio. Only after almost 4 hours can I get a car of the paid category.

I made use of the rental service due to a breakdown in my car, and I must say that I felt comfortable. The staff is courteous and precise. What can I say is a car rental but everything ok my experience has been positive!
