★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mio avviso disonesti, fatturano ricambi mai sostituiti, neanche le cose evidenti tipo le pastiglie dei freni( regolarmente fatturate ) o filtri aria, da denuncia. sconsigliato.
In my opinion dishonest, they invoice spare parts that have never been replaced, not even the obvious things like brake pads (regularly invoiced) or air filters, to be reported. not recommended.

La vettura era in garanzia con un’azienda convenzionata che ha rifiutato di coprire il presunto guasto.
Alla mia rinuncia è seguito comunque un addebito per l’indagine (che in sostanza consisteva nello smontare una cinghia e un rullo).
Tutto lecito, peccato non sia stato avvisato in fase di accettazione di questa possibilità.
Per la cronaca solo in seguito ho scoperto che il rumore non veniva dalla cinghia servizi ma dalla distribuzione, quindi il loro intervento non avrebbe comunque risolto.
Evento spiacevole, poca chiarezza.
I took my car for a suspicious noise on the alternator belt.
The car was under warranty with a partner company that refused to cover the alleged breakdown.
However, my waiver was followed by a charge for the investigation (which essentially consisted of removing a belt and a roller).
All lawful, it is a pity that this possibility has not been notified during the acceptance phase.
For the record only later did I discover that the noise did not come from the service belt but from the distribution, so their intervention would not have solved anyway.
Unpleasant event, lack of clarity.
