Poco fornita di strumenti tecnologici e con attrezzatura al.minimo con un solo meccanico e zero aiutanti dove chiedere se la macchina è generalmente a posto provoca malumori , non essendo compreso nel prezzo .Ho chiesto quanto mi sarebbe costato senza il Coupon e.....con grande sorpresa mi.ha chiesto solo dieci euro meno dell'assistenza autorizzata dove però si respira tutta un'altra aria di professionalità!Per eseguire il tagliando ha dovuto smontare le due ruote anteriori ed ho chiesto se poteva invertirle con le posteriori ma ..... ci volevano 20 euro in più !!!! Spesso un attimo di attenzione verso il cliente può aiutare molto per acquisirne di nuovi oltre ad una piccola sala di attesa magari con una macchina distributrice anche a pagamento !!!! Non posso consigliarla neanche al mio peggior nemico...... Workshop at the limit of availability! Large but very cold place on the border of Monterotondo and behind other industrial warehouses! I can't recommend it even to my worst enemy ...

Non solo perché ho pagato i pezzi di ricambio utilizzati il 20% in più di quanto non si trovassero su amazon, ma soprattutto perché non sono stata chiamata per sapere se accettavo il preventivo di quella che doveva essere una prova per capire quale fosse il problema e perché dopo 5 giorni che avevo lasciato la macchina in officina, il danno non fosse ancora ben identificato. Così ho pagato 180 euro per ritirare la mia auto e il problema all'avviamento è rimasto invariato. Soprattutto andrebbe concordato col cliente ogni acquisto di parti di ricambio da ordinare di cui, tra l'altro, non sono riusciti a darmi conto tramite fattura o ricevuta. Quindi la sensazione è che essendo donna possa essere presa in giro tanto non ne capisco niente. Mi spiace ma non mi vedranno mai più e hanno perso due clienti. Al telefono, a una mia richiesta di chiarimenti sul costo e sul tipo di olio motore utilizzato, mi é stato fatto subito presente che solo quello 10W40 era previsto nel prezzo, le altre tipologie erano a parte.
