Chiamo il numero e mi risponde un signore che dice di essere a parma e quindi di non poter fare nulla con tanto di scuse. Il furgone mi serve,le scuse no.
Just this morning I showed up at reggio emilia to pick up the van I had booked. An inscription in front of the door: I'll be right back. I call the number and a gentleman answers me saying he is in Parma and therefore he cannot do anything with an apology. I need the van, apologies no.
