n	nicola cangiano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo servizio!!!!!! mi riferisco soprattutto alla poca serietà del dipendente del punto vendita di San Nicola la strada Avevo prenotato una vettura con cambio automatico per esigenze mie poersonali e a pochi giorni dal ritiro della prenotazione mi ha lasciato a piedi asserendo di non avere la prenotazione e quindi la macchina non era disponibile rispondo al proprietario..... la questione dell'acconto il suo dipendente l'ha tirata fuori solo al momento della telefonata di ieri!!! dopo evermi detto che non c'era niente disponibile!!!! il suo modo di agire si è rivelato molto professionale infatti mi ha chiesto di lasciargli il mio recapito telefonico e che dopo pochi minuti mi avrebbe richiamato.... passano più di 30 min e lorichiamo io vede il mio numero e non risponde nemmeno al telefono... ho dovuto richiamare con un altro numero e takkk mi risponde!!! dicendo che la questione la stava gestendo un altro suo collega!!! noleggio da voi da un bel po' di anni ed ho sempre prenotato telefonicamente!!!!! sia direttamente che per mie amici ma non mi sarei mai aspettato un trattamento così........ facile dire di publicare la documentazione visto che avete accettato una prenotazione telefonica e non mi avete mandato un bel niente....... non immaginate nemmeno il danno che mi avete causato in quanto dopo la mia telefonata ho cercato una macchina automatica presso altri vs colleghi ma purtroppo niente (visto che mi servirebbe dal giorno 9)..... grazie grazie e ancora grazie......... bad service !!!!!! Appuntamento alle 08:30 con i ragazzi dell'agenzia ( cordiali e disponibili), controllo dell'auto ( sanificata e igienizzata) si parte ! Destinazione Calabria ! 10 giorni di noleggio, dove io, con tutta la mia famiglia abbiamo macinato km. L' auto, una Renault Captur, si è comportata davvero bene, ed in più aveva anche il navigatore touch incluso. Bravi ragazzi, avete acquisito un nuovo cliente ! Ciaooooo Finally ! I prezzi sono tra i migliori,avendo diverse tipologie di tariffe,inoltre hanno una vastissima flotta. Al momento hanno sempre rispettato le mie aspettative. Personale molto attendo e professionale. L' ultima volta,avendo la carta di credito con il plafond ormai superato,mi hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare come deposito cauzionale i contanti,risolvendomi un grosso problema. Azienda seria e affidabile. Ho scoperto da poco che noleggiano anche motorini,cosa utilissima per l estate. Complimenti ragazzi I often hire from them with my company.
