Sono molto soddisfatto, anche per il supporto post vendita che sto ricevendo dal giorno dell'acquisto.
Officina e punto vendita consigliata.

Sin dai primi contatti telefonici e a seguire all’appuntamento in concessionaria sono stato trattato con i guanti.
Vero è che devono vendere, ma c’è modo e modo, e la loro cortesia ti fa sentire come tra amici .
In particolare ho parlato con Roberto che oltre a essere estremamente competente è anche un motociclista esperto e può consigliare su tanti argomenti.
Per i prezzi si sa che sono quelli in tutte le concessionarie, ma qui trovi la cortesia, cosa non scontata.
Consiglio vivamente anche solo per un preventivo .

Consiglio Automaster per questi motivi: il venditore (Roberto) è stato dall'inizio sincero, onesto e mi è venuto incontro in ogni aspetto consigliandomi ottimamente per la scelta e l'allestimento della moto. È riuscito inoltre a trovarmi subito la Tracer 7 e farmela avere prima della data prevista!
Le ragazze dell'amministrazione (in particolare Alessandra con la quale mi sono rapportato) sono state molto precise e professionali in tutte le indicazioni sulle operazioni da svolgere e hanno immatricolato la moto in tempi record!
Ringrazio tutto lo staff!

Days ago I picked up my new Yamaha Tracer 7.
I recommend Automaster for these reasons: the seller (Roberto) was sincere, honest from the beginning and came to me in every aspect, giving me excellent advice on choosing and setting up the bike. He was also able to find me the Tracer 7 right away and make me have it before the scheduled date!
The girls of the administration (in particular Alessandra with whom I dealt with) were very precise and professional in all the information on the operations to be carried out and registered the bike in record time!

Vado personalmente a prendere un appuntamento per un tagliando + cambio gomme. In 5 minuti il Sig.Enrico mi da tutte le informazioni necessarie. Torno il giorno prestabilito, mi danno il mezzo di cortesia come concordato per poter tornare a casa e dopo 4 h sono ricontattato per tornare a ritirare il mio scooter XMax 300. Lavoro eseguito alla perfezione, nulla da dire. Ragazzi seri, simpatici e assolutamente professionali. Prezzi ottimi. Consigliatissimo. Sicuramente un punto di riferimento, secondo me la migliore officina della zona. Bravissimi continuate così e buon lavoro...non vedo l'ora di tornare...??
What can I say ... simply perfect!
I personally go to make an appointment for a service + tire change. In 5 minutes, Mr. Enrico gives me all the necessary information. I come back on the appointed day, they give me the courtesy vehicle as agreed to be able to go home and after 4 hours I am contacted to return to collect my XMax 300 scooter. Work done perfectly, nothing to say. Serious, nice and absolutely professional guys. Great prices. Highly recommended. Definitely a point of reference, in my opinion the best workshop in the area. Very good keep up the good work ... I can't wait to go back ... ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia mt-07 per un semplice tagliando dei 20.000km e per la risoluzione di alcuni problemi ad Automaster: il lavoro è stato fatto a dir poco in maniera perfetta: accensioni a caldo ora senza nessun problema e il gioco del manubrio ora praticamente inesistente.
Sebbene avessi specificato che non avevo fretta ho riavuto la moto in 3 giorni lavorativi. consigliatissimi!
I took my mt-07 for a simple service of 20,000km and to solve some problems at Automaster: the job was done to say the least in a perfect way: hot starts now without any problems and the handlebar play now practically inexistent.
Although I specified that I was not in a hurry, I got the bike back in 3 working days. highly recommended!
