Lo ringrazio infinitamente per la pazienza, la professionalità e la competenza con la quale mi ha risolto un bel problema....per questo voto 10. Ho acquistato negli anni passati una c3 serie 2 che andava benissimo poi una C1 con cambio automatico, 2 anni fa....peccato che quest’ultima non è stato sicuramente un acquisto “riuscito” nel senso che ha poi dato problemi con il cambio oltre ai consumi da Ferrari. La mia tentazione è stata subito quella di scrivere una recensione negativa ma poi ho deciso di presentarmi in concessionaria e cercare una soluzione. Vittorio comprendendo bene il problema, mi ha proposto un’ottima soluzione e così sono alla mia terza scelta Citroën : una C3 serie 3. Ottima scelta e grazie ancora a Vittorio! In the past years I bought a c3 series 2 which was fine then a C1 with automatic transmission, 2 years ago .... pity that the latter was definitely not a "successful" purchase in the sense that it then gave problems with the gearbox in addition to consumption by Ferrari. My temptation was immediately to write a negative review but then I decided to go to the dealership and look for a solution. Vittorio, understanding the problem well, offered me an excellent solution and so I am at my third Citroën choice: a C3 series 3. Excellent choice and thanks again to Vittorio!

Ho acquistato la prima vettura nel 2018 (Peugeot 208) e sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto; così dopo 3 anni ho deciso di cambiarla e passare alla nuova 2008 (per un bagagliaio di maggiori dimensioni), e poi perchè me ne sono innamorato a prima vista. Nel frattempo ho consigliato il marchio del "Leone" a mio fratello, e grazie come sempre alla professionalità, competenza e disponibilità di Kristian, ha acquistato la nuova 208. Consiglio la Concessionaria ed il suo staff, ma la mia gratitudine è rivolta a Kristian Lirutti. I bought the first car in 2018 (Peugeot 208) and I was fully satisfied; so after 3 years I decided to change it and move on to the new 2008 (for a larger trunk), and then because I fell in love with it at first sight. In the meantime I have recommended the "Leone" brand to my brother, and thanks as always to the professionalism, competence and availability of Kristian, bought the new 208. I recommend the Dealership and its staff, but my gratitude goes to Kristian Lirutti.

Il cliente viene abbandonato e non trattato con le giuste attenzioni una volta venduta l'auto se ci sono problemi alla stessa. Sconsigliatissimo. Disastrous is an understatement. Bad experience. No attention to the customer. Poor reception. The customer is abandoned and not treated with the right attention once the car is sold if there are problems with it. Not recommended.

Comunque all'inizio ho avuto problemi anche con l'autofficina, dopo varie e mail e l'intervento del venditore ci siamo chiariti.
