K	Katia X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sempre si ha la fortuna di trovare un impiegato preparato che dia buoni consigli sugli abbonamenti. Vi consiglio di informarvi sui siti, poi chiedere a un paio di impiegati diversi x poi valutare la soluzione migliore, solo così troverete il modo di risparmiare qualcosa. Pullman scolastici troppo affollati, ragazzi in piedi stretti come sardine NONOSTANTE IL DELICATO PERIODO "COVID", ho chiesto spiegazioni e la risposta è stata che "la capienza x legge è l'80%" così la loro coscienza è a posto :(( perché non decidono loro ma il consorzio (e vai di scarica barile). Tempi di attesa al centralino ETERNI e spesso cade pure la linea. Prendevo lo stesso pullman 35 anni fa, niente da dire sul servizio di allora, semplice fare l'abbonamento, pullman puntuale. Oggi lo prende mio figlio: un delirio fare l'abbonamento, e in una settimana il pullman MAI una volta puntuale, (un giorno pure soppresso senza preavviso). È già buona che non do una stella sola: Ne do due solo perché qualche impiegato (pochi) sono veramente competenti e gentili. Sistemate!!!! Aggiungo dopo un'altra settimana: altri tre pullman soppressi e tutti gli altri sempre perennemente in ritardo, grazie a questo ritardo si perdono le coincidenze!!... Uno schifo!! Questo solo per quanto riguarda la comunicazione con il pubblico, per cui non entro nel merito del trasporto in sé, anch'esso incline a disservizi e disagi. The telephone service is disappointing: after almost ten minutes of waiting, no operator took charge of the call, leaving me in the dark in a situation that required clarification regarding urban mobility. Autisti che non si fermano alle fermata da te prenotata ,orari dei pullman che non coincidono a volte arrivano prima o passano anche dopo per non parlare di quando gli chiedi delle info si girano in maniera sgarbata e arrogante Bad service !! S	Silvia Iaia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 luglio 2021 h 20:40 fine del primo turno dello spettacolo Tra Sacro e Sacro Monte, h 20:50 due persone ( una ero io) aspettano bus-navetta che dovrebbe alle h 21:00 riportarle davanti al Palazzetto dello Sport, come era stato detto loro all'andata. H 21:30 un servizio taxi da loro chiamato le riporta a destinazione al costo di €20. Per i prossimi spettacoli, l'utente tenga presente l'eventuale disservizio! Spero venga ripreso perché un comportamento del genere oltre da incivile è reputabile pericoloso. Cordiali saluti
