(Il bus non era pieno) Aggiornamento del 17.02.2022 Stessa fermata e stesso orario della recensione precedente, il bus ha deciso di non passare causandomi un altro ritardo. I was waiting for the bus to P. Chiasso at 7 and 21 at the stop in via Varesina whose name is: Como-Collina (Rebbio), and it passes me without stopping, refusing to arrive at school on time. (The bus was not full) Update of 17.02.2022 Same stop and same time as the previous review, the bus decided not to pass causing me another delay.

Non va bene così dovete essere presenti anche al telefono alomento che un numero di telefono e disponibile. Piuttosto mettete in attesa ma non così!!! E una vera vergogna dopo 4 chiamate!!! In quanto riguarda lo sportello la ragazza e molto gentile e la ringrazio. Impossible calls close the line in your face even though you have an emergency to ask !!! It is not okay so you must also be present on the phone when a phone number is available. Rather put on hold but not like this !!! And a real shame after 4 calls !!! As for the counter, the girl is very kind and I thank her.

B	B Ciel Sky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So many Italian bus drivers are so helpful and understanding and they really do their job, which is to help you get where you are going. But I just cannot believe how every single driver on this line on bus 1 is just so absolutely unkind and would rather be on WhatsApp on their cell phone. The driver actually told me he had no idea where piazzale Giotto was. he hadn’t heard of it, and he doesn’t know the streets at all. Can you believe it? That is one of his stops, and so is the street I told him. But he continued to try to ignore me and play on his phone when I was asking him if his bus went to my stops. It’s the same thing with the lady driver early in the morning. It’s borderline abusive, their attitude and tone and complete disinterest in helping you understand where to get off the bus. Only the passengers will help. I can’t wrap my head around how they can all be so deliberately unkind to passengers, to the point of high levels of rudeness. I hope this company can decide to improve this. I certainly will not be taking the buses here anymore. it’s worth it to walk even if it takes four times as long.
D	Dony Phansiri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus C30 for Bellagio never arrived… We was waiting 2 hours and when it arrived, the bus was full… Advice : Take the ticket for the ferry very early in the morning if you want to go to Bellagio.
