Vorrei denunciarli per quanto sono inefficienti nel loro servizio e purtroppo per la tratta Darfo - Bergamo sono costretta a prendere questo pullman. Una vergogna!!! The worst of the worst. L'organizzazione è a dir poco fallimentare con più corse in orari inutili e corse del tutto assenti in determinate fasce orarie (vedi la fascia pomeridiana Soncino - Bergamo dove è dichiarato un pullman ogni ora ma ovviamente il ritardo di mezz'ora non manca mai). Outrageous, the rates are not worth the service offered. The organization is nothing short of bankruptcy with more trips at useless times and completely absent trips at certain times (see the afternoon slot Soncino - Bergamo where a bus is declared every hour but obviously the delay of half an hour never fails) .
P	Patatadolce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prendo spesso i pullman della linea M per spostarmi dal centro di Bergamo ad Azzano San Paolo e viceversa. I pullman dalla stazione partono prima senza motivo. Ad Azzano spesso i pullman non si fermano anche se hanno posti vuoti e sono sempre in ritardo. Una volta mi è capitato che non si fermassero due pullman di fila con posti vuoti, il seccessivo si è fermato ed era pienissimo, quasi non si riusciva a respirare. In Azzano the buses often don't stop even if they have empty seats and are always late. Sono sempre in ritardo per non parlare dei posti che mancano e devi fare la corsa quasi sempre a piedi. E quanto riguarda i rimborsi. Non ne parliamo il 2021 non se ne parla. Sono due giovedì di fila che aspetto il pullman delle 11:08 alla mano di Sovere direzione Bergamo e sono due volte che non passa! Forse è il caso di eliminare la corsa dal programma così gli utenti si possono organizzare gli impegni della giornata. Chi prende il pulman non viaggia per divertimento ma per necessità lavorative o impegni scolastici! Credo che il pubblico che paga debba essere rispettato e invece è solo ignorato! Ma tanto la SAB lo sa' ... che alternative abbiamo? Aaaa se ci fosse un treno in alternativa in ValCavallina! Review? What review should I write?
