Avevo dato loro delle direttive precise attraverso un'agenzia di viaggi di fiducia e loro nonostante la mail ricevuta non hanno rispettato il programma e gli orari....tutto questo accadeva non in un giorno qualsiasi ma nel giorno del mio matrimonio. I miei parenti arrivati in Puglia da diverse regioni d'Italia e non conoscendo le strade ma avendo chiaro il percorso...si sono visti portare direttamente in chiesa, nonostante abbiano insistito con l'autista per non cambiare il percorso e per essere accompagnati nella Masseria scelta per uscire da futura sposa...non essendo neanch'io del luogo. Si investe per quel giorno...e sono stati soldi persi. Avviarmi verso la macchina con neanche 6/7 persone, quando dal pullman dovevano arrivare in 40, tra parenti, testimoni e amici stretti...non mi ha fatto piacere assolutamente!!! Questo per cominciare...perché alla fine della festa il pullman non ha rispettato l'orario di ritorno, arrivando più di un'ora dopo al locale...facendo attendere persone molto anziane e non. Ringrazio di cuore gli autisti che arbitrariamente cambiano programma alle persone che pagano per avere un servizio ben fatto. Prima e ultima volta. Non si lavora così. Autobus MAI arrivato, nessun avviso. uffici chiusi. Abbiamo dovuto fare autostop perché non c erano altri collegamenti. Vergognatevi NOT RECOMMENDED. BAD service, indeed NON-EXISTING. NOCI-MATERA ticket purchased online one week before. Bus NEVER arrived, no notice. closed offices. We had to hitchhike because there were no other connections. Shame on you
