★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotato pullman con la pedana per disabili per il tragitto Sava Taranto e ritorno. All'orario stabilito io ero presente alla fermata e dopo 40 minuti di attesa mi è stato detto che non passava perché aveva finito il gasolio. Cose d'altri tempi ? molto arrabbiata e delusa non mi era mai successa una cosa così e oltretutto la sede non mi ha informato e sono stata al sole senza pensilina a 40 gradi. Secondo voi è un disagio questo?
Booked bus with a platform for the disabled for the Sava Taranto route and back. At the appointed time I was present at the stop and after 40 minutes of waiting I was told that it would not pass because it had run out of diesel. Things from other times ? very angry and disappointed such a thing had never happened to me and moreover the office did not inform me and I was in the sun without a shelter at 40 degrees. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vista la grande affluenza che si ha per questa fermata le tettoie risultano piccole. Nelle giornate piovose o troppo calde non si ha modo di ripararsi.
Given the large turnout for this stop, the canopies are small. On rainy or too hot days there is no way to shelter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus un po' datati ma tutto sommato abbastanza decenti in fatto di comfort ed igiene..... Personale viaggiante estremamente professionale, gentile e disponibile per info e assistenza... Un plauso di lode anche al nr verde di assistenza delle FS... Sempre pronto ed efficiente!!! Viaggio sulle linee bus FS ormai da anni, sempre con esperienze positive!!!!!!
Buses a little dated but all in all quite decent in terms of comfort and hygiene ..... Extremely professional, kind and helpful traveling staff for info and assistance ... A praise of praise also to the green assistance number of the FS .. Always ready and efficient !!! I have been traveling on the FS bus lines for years now, always with positive experiences !!!!!!
