Acquistato Fiat Qubo tagliandata nella loro officina prima dell'acquisto, dopo pochi giorni mi sono accorto di:
-Gomme completamente da cambiare (camera d'aria esposta sul lato interno)
-convergenza e bilanciatura a carico mio
-sensore peso sul sedile del passeggero guasto, allarme continua a suonare anche a cintura allacciata, anche questo a carico mio
-pastiglie freni consumate e cerchi completamente OVALIZZATI (da sostituire, anche questi a carico mio).
-liquido lavavetri con sola acqua, per risparmiare sul detergente
Ahahah
Auto in garanzia per 1 anno, mi sono sentito dire che tutti questi guasti riguardano componenti "consumabili" e quindi non coperte da garanzia...
Pessimo acquisto e zero assistenza post vendita

Purchased Fiat Qubo serviced in their workshop before purchase, after a few days I noticed:
-Tires completely to change (inner tube exposed)
-convergence and balancing at my expense
- weight sensor on the passenger seat faulty, the alarm continues to sound even when the seat belt is fastened, also at my expense
- worn brake pads and completely OVALIZED rims (to be replaced, also at my expense).
- liquid window cleaner with water only, to save on detergent
Ahahah
Car under warranty for 1 year, I heard that all these failures concern "consumable" components and therefore not covered by warranty ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interessati all' acquisto di una nuova vettura, avevamo visitato diversi concessionari in Piacenza. Causa mancanza di un componente le tempistiche di consegna erano a 10 mesi. In Autoingros il venditore Eugenio Filipponi ha trovato la vettura che noi volevamo con consegna a pochi mesi. Un miracolo in questo periodo. Abbiamo atteso qualche mese per forze maggiori, siamo stati sempre aggiornati con telefonate e messaggi. Alle nostre telefonate di richiesta aggiornamenti il venditore ha sempre risposto con gentilezza e professionalità anche se impegnato o in ferie. Non capita spesso di ricevere un' attenzione così dopo la firma di un contratto , abbiamo molta esperienza in questo settore e mai un venditore è stato cosi attento e professionale.
Consegna auto con spiegazioni esaustive e piccoli omaggi. Prima di lasciare il salone ci è stato comunicato che arriverà a casa anche una bottiglia di vino per ringraziarci di aver scelto la concessionaria Autoingros. Questo non era mai successo nei precedenti acquisti di auto, una piacevole sorpresa a conclusione di un acquisto molto soddisfacente.

The seller has always answered our phone calls for updates with kindness and professionalism, even if he is busy or on vacation. It doesn't often happen to receive such attention after signing a contract, we have a lot of experience in this sector and never has a seller been so attentive and professional.
Car delivery with full explanations and small gifts. Before leaving the show we were informed that a bottle of wine will also arrive at the house to thank us for choosing the Autoingros dealership. This had never happened in previous car purchases, a pleasant surprise at the end of a very satisfying purchase.

Forse la società non ha fatto di proposito a cancellarla, ma rispondo io volentieri.
Il tan è dell11,99 % e la durata è di 96 mesi.
Io ho visitato la concessionaria con la mia ex consorte e avrei sottoscritto immediatamente una formula così conveniente!!!
Ma la moglie non voleva proprio sentirci.
Appena mi dimettono dal cps di Piacenza io e i miei compagni di reparto arriveremo a sottoscrivere subito una forma irripetibile come la vostra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In quanto ho lavorato presso questa società consiglio di non fermarsi al tasso e alla durata ai signori, ma di farsi spiegare bene la proposta esclusiva di Autoingros e sviscerare i punti di forza.
Fatta l'analisi conclusiva non troverete di meglio sul mercato al giorno d'oggi.
Avrete un costo di guida bassissimo ai minimi del mercato nazionale ed internazionale e certo.
Non vi verrà chiesto un euro in più e potrete godervi la vostra vettura con famigliari ed amici in tutta spensieratezza.

As I have worked for this company, I recommend not to stop at the rate and duration to the gentlemen, but to have the exclusive proposal of Autoingros explained well and to dissect the strengths.
After the final analysis, you will not find better on the market today.
You will have a very low driving cost at the lowest of the national and international market and sure.
You will not be asked for an extra euro and you can enjoy your car with family and friends in all carefree.

Esperienza positiva per la convenienza dell'offerta e la professionalità del Personale.
Questa volta per comodità logistica ci siamo appoggiati presso Autoingross di Piacenza.
Mi hanno messo in contatto telefonico con il responsabile commerciale Stefano Rancati il quale sin dal primo colloquio si è dimostrato assolutamente disponibile, cortese e molto professionale. Ha spiegato con dovizia di particolari le varie combinazioni proposte in offerta. I colloqui sono stati molti perché volevamo essere sicuri della convenienza e delle condizioni. Devo riconoscere che Stefano Rancati si è sempre dimostrato paziente e disponibile anche se parlavamo semprece solo per telefono. Convinti oggettivamente della convenienza tecnico-economica della proposta, ci siamo recati in concessionaria e anche qui il signor Rancati ci ha fatto vedere i vari modelli dell'auto, spiegando tutte i particolari tecnici per poter scegliere il modello giusto per noi.
Abbiamo redatto il contratto e ora siamo in attesa della consegna nei termini previsti dell'auto scelta.
Il modello e l'auto dipendono da FCA group, ma un valore aggiunto è stato costituito dal comportamento assolutamente professionale e cordiale di Stefano Rancati a cui va tutto il nostro ringraziamento per il trattamento ricevuto.

They put me in telephone contact with the sales manager Stefano Rancati who from the very first interview proved to be absolutely helpful, courteous and very professional. He explained in great detail the various combinations proposed on offer. There were many interviews because we wanted to be sure of the convenience and conditions. I must admit that Stefano Rancati has always been patient and available even if we always spoke only by phone. Objectively convinced of the technical-economic convenience of the proposal, we went to the dealership and here too Mr. Rancati showed us the various models of the car, explaining all the technical details to be able to choose the right model for us.
We have drawn up the contract and we are now awaiting delivery of the chosen car on time.
The model and the car depend on the FCA group, but an added value was constituted by the absolutely professional and cordial behavior of Stefano Rancati to whom all our thanks go for the treatment received.
