Dopo 10 giorni consegna e firma documenti totalmente diversi da quelli pattuiti al'inizio. Richiesta di chiarimenti e rettifica. Negati e nessuna risposta da parte del venditore. Evitate di recarvi in questo posto. Total unfairness. Great confusion. Upon purchase request for documents. After 10 days, delivery and signature of documents totally different from those agreed at the beginning. Request for clarification and correction. Denied and no response from the seller. Avoid going to this place.
F	Flavio Chiesa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Invece della garanzia sull'usato (dovrebbe essere un obbligo di legge) forniscono un'assicurazione che copre molti dei guasti alla vettura. Sulla carta valida ma se come è capitato a me che dopo aver ritirato l'auto ho scoperto (nei giorni successivi al ritiro ho notato che nei dossi o in presenza di buche la macchina tendeva a rimbalzare) che la sospensione anteriore destra perdeva mi sono sentito dire che quel problema faceva parte dell'usura della vettura, che non era un problema loro confondendo una rottura con usura (auto Citroen C5 di 94.000km). Risultato, la sospensione non rientrava nel tipo di guasto coperto dall'assicurazione e la Parietti non ne ha voluto rispondere. Unica cosa ottenuta, la sospensione lo comperata a spese mie e loro l'hanno sostituita senza farmi pagare la sostituzione. Andare per vie legali mi sarebbe costato di più e il mio avvocato mi ha consigliato di accettare il compromesso. Comunque sia non è il modo di fare. In pratica la macchina non so neanche se la controllano dato che la mia da subito aveva qualcosa che non andava (tipo di guasto non riscontrabile su strada ben asfaltata). Uscita di li se ti va bene funziona bene, se ha qualcosa e rientra tra i componenti coperti dall'assicurazione ti va bene, in caso contrario cavoli tuoi. Ingenuamente ho inteso l'assicurazione come un qualcosa in più sulla garanzia obbligatoria ma non la sua sostituzione. G	Gianluca Fiorini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato persone arroganti e incompetenti. sono entrato nel salone per chiedere informazioni sulla jeep cherokee perché sto per acquistarla. una volta dentro mi guardano come un marziano e nessuno si avvicina per accogliermi....faccio tutto da solo, visito il reparto Alfa in cui ho trovato solo giulietta già vendute e poi passo alla fiat in cui c'erano solo 500 e una fiat Tipo...ho chiesto sd un signore che stava fumando una sigaretta e probabilmente infastidito mi ha indirizzato da un suo collega alto, robusto con gli occhiali che ancora non riesco a rintracciare. morale: la macchina nuova l'ho comprata a Milano dove ho trovato veri professionisti!! lamentatevi poi quando la gente scappa via!!!! G	Gigi Tavani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è stata venduta una macchina con : fari non funzionanti e dopo varie visite all'officina il problema non è stato risolto, la revisione da fare ( grazie a questo sono stato multato) sensore motore sostituito (pagando 100 €) senza risolvere il problema, tubo superiore intercooler rotto e sostituito da me ( l'officina avrebbe ricambiato il sensore motore) fune freno a mano sostituita da me (il capo officina avrebbe risolto il problema con 200 €) gomme termiche, auto venduta a luglio e con codice velocità inferiore,.................. Trattamento peggiore non potevo ricevere.... ERO un CLIENTE..... I was sold a car with: headlights not working and after several visits to the workshop the problem was not solved, the overhaul to be done (thanks to this I was fined) engine sensor replaced (paying € 100) without solving the problem, intercooler upper tube broken and replaced by me (the workshop would have returned the engine sensor) handbrake cable replaced by me (the workshop manager would have solved the problem with € 200) thermal tires, car sold in July and with a lower speed code, .................. Worst treatment I could not receive .... I WAS a CUSTOMER .....

Porto un Alfa Giulia veloce di un anno (acquistata da loro)IMMACOLATA E LUCIDA fare il primo tagliando a carissimo prezzo ;me la rendono imbrattata di impronte unte sul cofano e tutto attorno , i vetri sporchi di guano . SBRODLONI MALEDUCATI. Workshop department to say the least cheap! Porto an Alfa Giulia faster than a year (purchased from them) IMMACULATE LUCIDA make the first cut at a very high price; make me smeared with greasy fingerprints on the hood and all around, the dirty windows of guano. RUDE SBRODLONI.

Mi reco li in concessionaria nel primo pomeriggio e ne hanno solo 1 a €15000,00. ottimo.... little seriousness towards the customer. today 10/13 at 10 o'clock telephone in dealership for a fiat 500 km 000 at € 12300.00, they tell me that they have available in large quantities. I go to the dealership in the early afternoon and they only have 1 for € 15,000.00. great....
