Se devo trovare un difetto l pulizia non ottimale dell'auto in consegna. Non sto parlando di goccioline di calcare o la mancata cera, no. Fango lato guida e posto posteriore qualche segno, eccessivo sulla tappezzeria del tetto. Non influisce per me nella valutazione finale dell'azienda. Ora speriamo nella qualità dell 'auto.

If I have to find a defect, the non-optimal cleaning of the delivered car. I'm not talking about limescale droplets or lack of wax, no. Driver's side and rear seat mud, some excessive marks on the roof upholstery. It does not affect the final evaluation of the company for me. Now we hope for the quality of the car.

L'auto è perfetta e assolutamente come descritta nei minimi dettagli. La consegna super veloce, credo non + di una settimana tra bonifico e consegna a casa. I bought a car online for the first time. I must say that I was a bit hesitant but given the excellent feedback and the 14-day "money back" guarantee, I have concluded the purchase. The car is perfect and absolutely as described in the smallest details. Super fast delivery, I think not + a week between bank transfer and home delivery. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, including the driver who made the delivery, keeping me informed about the arrival time! Go AutoHero !! Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very convenient way of buying a car. Was a bit skeptical having to buy the car before I saw it, but the 14 day warranty period takes away all the anxiety of buying.
The customer service is outstanding and the AutoHero personnel were always available for answering any questions via email or phone.

They sold me a car that they either didnt check or they did check but sold me a broken car none the less, either one is deceitful and negligent. Do not use this company to buy your car. Use an approved dealer. Autohero can't be trusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who would actually invest significant hard earned money and buy a car online without ever being able to touch it, test drive it, have your mechanic inspect it to ensure it is road worthy and actually is what "they" say it is. I have bought 41 cars in my life in 4 different countries including Italy. I have never in my 50+ years seen something like this. I talked to a person at this Autohero who said they were very good at speaking inglese ( those are her words). Wow, that was interesting to say the least as I could barely understand her. I am fluent in 6 languages including la dialeta di Veneto.
Be careful the internet is not always truthful...many, many lies and misrepresentations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a X5 thrue Auto Hero Italia. They first damaged the car during transport and they would not pay for the repair in full extend. The repair would cost 2000€, they offered 1000. I agreed. Than when I picked up the car and drive it home. I took a better look. The car has many techical issues. The soft colse for doors is not working, the rear left shock absorber is leaking oil, and there is a strange noise from the engine. Its the Light maschine not workong... They sell not 100% working cars.
I hope I get this techical issues coverd. I will report later on.
