★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lady staff who serves coffee, i think she is in her 50's, is very unprofessional and rude. She even denied we handed her our paid ticket. Please teach her how to be polite and atleast tell her to remember the order of client before jumping to another client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a good coffee place and supermarket, in addition to food and lots of sweets, they sell toys and even books. Coffee and snacks are good, they also serve warm meals. There is a toilet for free. Just watch for big tourist groups - in that case queues are really big everywhere including toilets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their "ticket" style of serving was kinda confusing. Ended up ordering the breads from the cashier. They slightly don't understand english so beware Tourists!! Still food are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food selection is wide but prices very high.... But this is a feature of the Autogrill chain. Resteoom was clean. If the lines for the count want to be avoided 50 meter ahead (close to the gasoline station) one more but smaller autogrill is located. It sell food and beverages too.
