Nel fare il tagliando di routine mi hanno gonfiato pure le gomme senza che gli chiedessi nulla perchè si preoccupavano della mia sicurezza e mi hanno dedicato un attimo di tempo per spiegarmi come tenere d occhio alcune cose del motore ma, in caso di necessità, di passare li quando voglio. Per i lavori programmabili (tipo una revisione) consiglio di prendere appuntamento cosi da fare prestissimo.
Vista la loro gentilezza, evito di andare li 5 min prima della chiusura.
I've been going there for a few years. Always very kind and helpful. In doing the routine service, they also inflated the tires without me asking them anything because they were concerned about my safety and they took a moment to explain to me how to keep an eye on some things about the engine but, in case of need, to pass them when I want. For programmable jobs (such as a revision) I recommend making an appointment so that it can be done very soon.
Given their kindness, I avoid going there 5 minutes before closing.
