★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rimasta allibita dalla scortesia e arroganza della proprietaria o di una delle proprietarie non so nemmeno chi fosse stata mi sono sentita offesa...ho pagato perché sono una signora e di parola ma sarebbe stato da rimandare il pacco al mittente...una vergogna trattare così i clienti. Come ho scritto a questa signora peccato avere dei buoni prodotti e trattare male il cliente nemmeno io l ho mai fatto quando avevo un negozio.!!!otre ad essere in torto per i modi ,ha anche continuato a ribattere !!vergogna
I was stunned by the rudeness and arrogance of the owner or one of the owners I don't even know who she was I felt offended ... I paid because I'm a lady and my word but it would have been to send the package back to the sender ... a shame to deal with so do customers. As I wrote to this lady, it is a pity to have good products and to treat the customer badly even I never did it when I had a shop. !!! besides being wrong for the ways, she also continued to argue !! shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempo fa un mio amico indiano residente qui da noi a Treviso che non sa ancora bene la nostra lingua mi ha chiesto di cercare su internet un laboratorio cosmetico per imbottigliare il suo olio pregiato e costoso ayurvedico indiano su bottigliette da 100 ml.
Cercando su Google ho trovato Lacoser e in fiducia l'ho mandato da loro.
Non l'avessi mai fatto.
Il mio amico che ho incontrato in questi giorni mi dice che Lacoser gli ha imbottigliato il suo olio ayurvedico su flaconi da 100 ml ma una volta arrivato a casa li ha controllati e si è accorto che dentro c'erano 90 ml di prodotto e non 100 ml come doveva essere.
Non sapete come mi sono sentita. Gli ho chiesto mille volte perdono e non auguro a nessuno di fare una brutta figura come ho fatto io con questo amico che volevo aiutare.
Consiglio altri laboratori.
Some time ago an Indian friend of mine living here in Treviso who does not yet know our language well asked me to search on the internet for a cosmetic laboratory to bottle his precious and expensive Indian Ayurvedic oil in 100 ml bottles.
Searching on Google I found Lacoser and in confidence I sent him to them.
I never did.
My friend who I met these days tells me that Lacoser bottled his Ayurvedic oil on 100 ml bottles but once he got home he checked them and realized that there were 90 ml of product inside and not 100 ml as it was supposed to be.
You don't know how I felt. I asked him a thousand times for forgiveness and I do not wish anyone to make a bad impression as I did with this friend I wanted to help.
I recommend other workshops.
