Ormai la mia auto la controllano ogni anno e mi trovo benissimo, insomma con loro siete in mani sicure. Bekam in meinem Urlaub noch am gleichen Tag einen Termin zum Radlager wechseln (Fiat Ducato). Die Kosten für die Arbeitszeit sind sehr günstig. Die Kosten für die Teile sind halt so wie Fiat sie vorgibt. Sehr gute und qualifizierte Mitarbeiter. Jederzeit wieder! A great sympathetic team, from mechanic to boss! Mit dem Google Übersetzer erklärten wir das Problem ( keine englischsprachigen Kollegen vor Ort). Nach 45min warten waren die Bremsbelege auch schon getauscht und das zum halben Preis, der in Deutschland fällig wäre. Schnell, kompetent und sehr freundlich! Our motorhome reported problems with the brakes. We drove to this workshop spontaneously. We explained the problem with the Google translator (no English-speaking colleagues on site). Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni, il titolare mi snocciola una sfilza di prezzi dei vari filtri e dell'olio Castrol super performante (posseggo un'utilitaria...). Cifre che successivamente confrontate sul web con quelle dei ricambi originali erano mediamente raddoppiate. Ho cercato un'altra officina, con ampia soddisfazione e risparmiando un bel po' di quattrini. Then this is the place. We went there with our campervan. A BIG contrast to Fiat in Follonica, RICCERI Officina. Do not go there.. They dont want to help tourist..!
