N	Nico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meiner Meinung nach absolute Betrüger. Hab übers Internet mit Rund-Um-Sorglos Schutz gebucht. Bei der Abholung des Autos waren wohl die PCs kaputt und es wurde mit einem Handzettel die Daten aufgenommen. Auf ausdrückliche Nachfrage ob hier mir irgendwelche Zusatzversicherungen untergeschoben werden, wurde dies Verneint!!! Aber dann kam doch eine Rechnung von Europcar, knapp über 50,- für zusätzliche Versicherungen... Kundendienst zu kontaktieren war absolute Verschwendung von Lebenszeit. Auf Nachfrage was da los sei sind sie nicht auf meine Fragen eingegangen sondern haben irgendwelche Passwörter zurück gesetzt, Rechnungskopien geschickt welche ich nicht angefordert hatte und standartisierte Ablehnungstexte geschickt. Schließlich haben Sie sich tot gestellt und nicht mehr geantwortet. Normalerweise gehört da eine Anwalt genommen aber wegen 50,- kompletter Unsinn... Europcar wird von mir nicht mehr gebucht und kann ich nicht mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. In my opinion, absolute scammers. Booked over the internet with carefree protection. When picking up the car, the PCs were probably broken and it was recorded with a handout the data. On express demand whether here any additional insurance be foisted on me, this was denied! But then came a bill from Europcar, just over 50, - for additional insurance ... Contacting customer service was an absolute waste of lifetime. On demand what's going on they have not responded to my questions but have reset any passwords, bills sent which I had not requested and standardized rejection texts sent. After all, you have killed yourself and stopped responding. Normally there is a lawyer taken but because of 50, - complete nonsense ... Europcar is no longer booked by me and I can not recommend it with a clear conscience.

M	Mr Bader on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very happy booked a car over the internet. Then I had an emergency, I needed the car 2 days before the booked date. They offered me a very expensive car claiming this was the cheapest car available, asking me to pay more than 1000 euros for the 2 extra days. Leaving me with 2 choices, either pay a thousand euros or loose the 400 euros I paid for the nonrefundable booked car. Unfortunately I decided it to loose the money and rented a Mercedes c class from another company. I saved around 500£ with this choice.
M	Marco Marinucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience with AutoEurope Italy - I had to make multiple reservations, they charged me for a no-show (while the flight was delayed and I couldn't communicate) and finally the last (prepaid) reservation I made (4th one) got canceled by the system and I finally had to book (with last min fare) directly with SIXT. Wasted a ton of money with them, don't use!
