Per quanto riguarda lo showroom credo sia uno dei migliori in assoluto in Lombardia. I have furnished my entire house at Spazio Schiatti. Avevo chiamato per fissare un appuntamento in quanto ho l'esigenza di arredare tutta casa, ma alla mia domanda "di quali ambienti vi occupate?" mi è stato risposto (in maniera maleducata e annoiata)che era inutile chiamare perchè come avevo trovato il numero, potevo trovare anche questa informazione su internet, senza scomodare il soggetto in questione! Dal momento che di venditori di mobili ce ne sono a milioni, ciò che fa la differenza è l'accoglienza e la professionalità, che sono un biglietto da visita, ed in questo caso non solo non mi vedranno mai, ma non posso fare altro che non parlarne bene! (per non dire altro). Non so con chi abbia parlato al telefono ma comunque guardatevi bene da chi lavora per voi, perchè in questo caso non vi siete fatti una bella pubblicità! Zero professionalism! I was told (in a rude and bored way) that it was useless to call because as I had found the number, I could also find this information on the internet, without disturbing the subject in question! Since there are millions of furniture sellers, what makes the difference is the welcome and professionalism, which are a business card, and in this case not only will they never see me, but I can do nothing but don't talk about it well! (to say the least). I don't know who I talked to on the phone but beware of anyone who works for you, because in this case you haven't made a good advertisement!

Siamo usciti dallo showroom senza neanche un preventivo che ci era stato già comunicato che ci sarebbe arrivato dopo una settimana via mail. Ho chiamato dopo una settimana e qualche giorno per chiedere del preventivo che aspettavamo e mi è stato detto che il consulente che ci ha seguito era impegnato in un'altro appuntamento e che ci avrebbe richiamato. Sostanza : la chiamata non è mai arrivata nè il preventivo. Come si può pensare di poter acquistare da loro se questo è il servizio consulenza che offrono ai loro potenziali clienti? Non lo consiglio. We went by appointment to design Living and Bedroom. We left the showroom without even a quote that had already been communicated to us that it would arrive after a week via e-mail. I called after a week and a few days to ask for the quote we were waiting for and was told that the consultant who followed us was on another appointment and would call us back. Substance: the call never arrived nor the quote. How can you expect to be able to buy from them if this is the consulting service they offer to their potential customers? I don't recommend it.

Sono entrata per trovare un tavolo e delle sedie per la mia nuova casa ma ho potuto sfruttare la consulenza progettuale con un bravissimo interior designer che mi ha consigliato e aiutato a progettare tutto il salotto e la sala da pranzo. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile durante tutto il processo. Consigliatissimo per la professionalità, l'accoglienza e per il bellissimo showroom che permette di osservare i mobili nello spazio, un grande aiuto! The most beautiful showroom I have ever seen, truly a dream! I went in to find a table and chairs for my new home but I was able to take advantage of the design consultancy with a talented interior designer who advised me and helped me design the entire living room and dining room. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the process. Highly recommended for the professionalism, hospitality and the beautiful showroom that allows you to observe the furniture in space, a great help!
