★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera. Sono molto insoddisfatta di questo autocentro. Per me la valutazione sarebbe ZERO stele. Sabato 2/04/2022 la mia va polo 1.0 tsi con 3500 km si e fermata. Mio marito chiama il venditore ( Massimiliano)quale dopo l'indicazione di chiamare il caratrezzi gli dice di portarla da loro . Arrivato sul posto (Autocentri Balduina Foro Italico)trova pure il responsabile del autocentro e gli risponde di non scaricare la vettura perché l'officina e chiusa di sabato. Grazie alla loro incompetenza la machina viene portata in deposito fino lunedi mattina. Cosi mio marito decide di trovare un altro posto dove portare la mia macchina. Detto e fatto richiede a servizio mobilità Volkswagen di mandare la vettura a CARPOINT ASSISTENZA VOLKSWAGEN dove abbiamo trovato veramente persone competenti e cortesi (non riesco a capire come un responsabile di un autocentro pur essere pagato profumatamente può essere di un un'incompetentza e pure scortese con un cliente Volkswagen da oltre 5 anni).GRAZIE ASSISTENZA CARPOINT PER LA VOSTRA COMPETENZA E PROFESSIONALITA!!!!!

Good evening. I am very dissatisfied with this self-center. For me the rating would be ZERO stele. Saturday 2/04/2022 my va polo 1.0 tsi with 3500 km stopped. My husband calls the salesman (Massimiliano) who after the indication to call the caratrezzo tells him to take it to them. Arrived on the spot (Autocentri Balduina Foro Italico) he also found the person in charge of the autocentre and told him not to unload the car because the workshop is closed on Saturday. Thanks to their incompetence, the machine is taken to storage until Monday morning. So my husband decides to find another place to take my car. Said and done, it requires Volkswagen mobility service to send the car to CARPOINT VOLKSWAGEN ASSISTANCE where we have found truly competent and courteous people (I cannot understand how a person in charge of a self-center while being paid handsomely can be incompetent and even rude with a Volkswagen customer for over 5 years) THANKS CARPOINT ASSISTANCE FOR YOUR COMPETENCE AND PROFESSIONALISM !!!!!

Andrea che mi ha confermato gli orari di apertura; la sua cordialità e gentilezza mi hanno attirato subito in concessionaria nel pomeriggio, confermandomi la professionalità e la correttezza della persona. Sicuramente sarò tra i futuri clienti .
P.S. purtroppo non posso dire altrettanto del venditore della VW accanto che mi ha fatto passare la voglia di acquistare, sembrava mi facesse un piacere.
I spent Sunday to see a model that interested me, I phoned and spoke directly with Mr. Andrea who confirmed the opening hours for me; his cordiality and kindness immediately attracted me to the dealership in the afternoon, confirming the professionalism and correctness of the person. I will certainly be among the future customers.
P.S. unfortunately I can't say the same about the VW seller next door who made me pass the desire to buy, it seemed to be doing me a favor.
