M	Mauro F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In cerca di una Smart dopo varie concessionarie (tutte belle perfette a prezzi eccezionali, peccato che erano tutte più vecchie e brutte di quella che ho trovato qui) entro ormai quasi sconsolato ne hanno due che rispondevano alle mie richieste ne scelgo una delle due (in realtà quella che poi ho preso è in carrozzeria a rifarsi il trucco) in15 minuti chiudiamo a "voce" la trattativa economica in maniera più che soddisfacente con la riserva di controllare il veicolo al ritorno dalla carrozzeria, intanto facciamo un giro di prova su quella disponibile nessuno dei precedenti venditori mi aveva proposto questa opzione se vi sembra poco.Due giorni dopo arriva "la mia " perfetta come da descrizione, in pochissimi minuti facciamo il contratto chiaro ,dettagliato, senza clausole scritte in piccolo .Al controllo prima della chiusura del contratto chiedo se prima della consegna possono risolvere un piccolo difetto del portellone posteriore ,se avessero avuto il ricambio a disposizione credo lo avrebbero risolto subito. Contattati per una perdita del liquido lavavetri passato in concessionaria risolto in pochi minuti.In conclusione a tre mesi dall'acquisto ;soddisfatto dell'acquisto e del trattamento avuto pre e post vendita sempre disponibili e gentili.Che dire , magari tutti così,Grazie . L'impressione che me ne è rimasta è stata di grande attenzione, cortesia e riguardo verso il cliente, e la totale assenza di inattese o sgradite seccature, per quanto piccole, che spesso inevitabilmente capitano in questo tipo di circostanze. Promosso anche il servizio post-vendita, mi è stata sostituita senza problemi una piccola batteria tampone che aveva cominciato a dare occasionali cenni di malfunzionamento, molto molto bene. Vi dico che dal primo contatto avvenuto via telefono sono stato trattato in maniera a dir poco eccelsa. Premetto che sono sceso da Torino per prendere la macchina. Senza scendere nei particolari, una volta arrivato ho avuto problemi con la mia banca e loro mi sono venuti incontro in una maniera a dir poco incredibile sotto tutti i punti di vista. La macchina corrispondeva esattamente alla descrizione. Quando ci siamo sentiti la prima volta al telefono mi hanno elencato tutti i pregi della vettura ma al tempo stesso tutti i difetti, andando molto nei dettagli (cosa che normalmente i venditori tendono a sorvolare se non specificatamente richiesta). Se potessi darei 6 stelle, davvero. Two things that are taken for granted a lot nowadays are courtesy and availability towards the customer.
