D	Da De on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza surreale. Al ritiro dell'auto mi comunicano di aver rotto in fase di verniciatura il logo posteriore ( può capitare), e mi chiedono di pagarlo oltre preventivo. Vabbè. Mi consegnano l'auto, faccio notare con estremo garbo che è comparso un graffio sul paraurti vicino la zona riparata ( può capitare) ed anche li da ridire: secondo il proprietario il graffio già c'era, la macchina era sporca e non l'avevo notato. Peccato che fosse pulita alla consegna. Dulcis in fundo sempre il proprietario mi diagnostica la sindrome da riparazione, insomma vedo graffi dopo le riparazioni. Ma l'auto è nuova di pacca. Ricorderò la scortesia. Ho sbagliato scelta. Può capitare.. Surreal experience. When I collect the car, they tell me that they have broken the rear logo during the painting phase (it can happen), and they ask me to pay for it in addition to the estimate. Oh well. They give me the car, I very politely point out that a scratch has appeared on the bumper near the repaired area (it can happen) and also to complain about them: according to the owner the scratch was already there, the car was dirty and not the I had noticed. Too bad it was clean upon delivery. Last but not least, the owner always diagnoses me with the repair syndrome, in short, I see scratches after repairs. But the car is brand new. I will remember the rudeness. I made the wrong choice. It can happen..
