Hanno provveduto a riparare la mia autovettura incidentata, dandomi immediatamente una macchina sostitutiva. La mia sorpresa nel ritrovarla con la carrozzeria che sembrava uscita dal concessionario (hanno avuto cura di lucidarla e di togliermi una serie di adesivi dal parabrezza che erano anti estetici). Decisamente soddisfatto.. Family run, caring owner, they have a small welcoming waiting room with a vending machine. They repaired my damaged car and immediately gave me a replacement car. My surprise at finding her with the bodywork that seemed to come out of the dealer (they took care to polish it and take off a series of stickers from the windshield that were anti-aesthetic). Definitely satisfied ..

Mi è stata data la vettura di cortesia e, potendo assistere alle ultime rifiniture eseguite prima di consegnarmi la vettura, ho constatato la cura maniacale con la quale eseguono i lavori. Volendo riassumere tutto in un'unica parola, posso semplicemente dire ECCELLENTE. I brought my car into this body shop because of hail damage, and I must say that they were extremely courteous and professional. I was given the courtesy car and, being able to witness the last finishing touches made before handing over the car, I found the obsessive care with which they carry out the work. Wanting to summarize everything in one word, I can simply say EXCELLENT.

Il tempo di gestione della pratica è stato piuttosto lungo, dalla grandinata di luglio 2019 l'auto è stata riparata ad aprile 2020. Questo è il motivo per cui non ho dato 5 stelle. Per quanto riguarda gentilezza e professionalità e qualità del lavoro svolto direi che non ci si può lamentare. Anche in merito a velocità di riconsegna veicolo sono stati davvero efficienti. Mi rivolgerò sicuramente di nuovo a loro, sperando di poter cambiare il mio giudizio :) I took the car to repair after a hailstorm. The handling time of the practice has been quite long, since the hailstorm in July 2019 the car was repaired in April 2020. This is the reason why I have not given 5 stars. As for kindness and professionalism and quality of work I would say that we can not complain. Vehicle delivery speeds were also really efficient. I definitely will turn back to them, hoping to change my opinion :)
