T	Tommaso Pappalettera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi sono trovato bene , una volta definito il prezzo della vettura che mi era stato detto che era a posto in quanto sempre tagliandata con regolarità , ho chiesto se era stata sostituita la cinghia di distribuzione come da programma Fiat (5 anni o 120000 km) risposta negativa e mi ha pure detto che se volevo la vettura a posto dovevo pagarmi l'intervento di cca 500 euro, al che ho salutato e rinunciato all'acquisto. Poco seri. I was not happy, once the price of the car was defined and I was told it was okay as it was always serviced regularly, I asked if the timing belt had been replaced as per Fiat program (5 years or 120,000 km) negative answer and he also told me that if I wanted the car in place I had to pay for the intervention of about 500 euros, to which I said goodbye and gave up the purchase. Not serious.

Che dire sono soddisfatto del trattamento.. dalla contrattazione allo stato di conservazione dell'auto, per finire alla consegna delle chiavi. Il sig. Paolo è una persona gentile e premurosa, molto disponibile e professionale nella gestione di tutti gli aspetti che caratterizzano la compravendita di un veicolo. Il post vendita è stato eccelso, un valore aggiunto che non è affatto scontato e semplice da trovare. Senza dubbio ci tornerò nel caso debba acquistare un'altra auto. La lontanza è valsa sicuramente la pena: Se cercate serietà e cura del cliente dovete andare da Autoattiva! I purchased for the first time from this dealer following a thorough research on the web portals and despite not being close to the area where I live (Pavia). What can I say I am satisfied with the treatment .. from the negotiation to the state of conservation of the car, to finish with the delivery of the keys. Mr. Paolo is a kind and caring person, very helpful and professional in managing all the aspects that characterize the purchase and sale of a vehicle. The after-sales service was excellent, an added value that is not at all obvious and easy to find. I will definitely go back if I need to buy another car. The distance is definitely worth it: If you are looking for seriousness and customer care, you have to go to Autoattiva!

(300 andata e300 ritorno)Per vedere una macchina,ci accoglie una signora gentile....ma il venditore aveva altro da fare (non era in sede) .abbiamo potuto solo guardare la macchina,senza provarla.......lasciamo perdere Bad experience .... Peccato che dopo neanche un anno ho già speso 460 euro, lo stereo si è rotto e la vernice della macchina saltata. Una macchina molto più nuova della mia ma messa molto male.
