★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una macchina qui (Golf GT).
Dopo qualche settimana e uscita una spia del motore; ritorno per più e più volte e non sanno dirmi quale sia il problema.
Dopo vari viaggi mi dicono che può essere un problema di sensore,cambio il sensore (300€) ovviamente rimessi da me perché fuori garanzia.
Problema risolto? Purtroppo no,dopo qualche settimana un’altra volta esce di nuovo la spia del motore; a questo punto vado da un’altro meccanico che mi ha trovato subito il problema è per sostituirlo (collettore) mi fa notare che ci vogliono 1200/1300€, ovviamente Gaiarsa (concessionaria d’acquisto) mi ha detto che anche questo problema non è coperto dalla garanzia.
Io penso che questo problema era già uscito prima che la macchina dovesse essere venduta.
Spero di sbagliarmi su questo ma ci sono molti dubbi con nessuna certezza che questo problema sia uscito solo dopo la vendita.
Questa recensione è per spiegare la mia esperienza “in questo caso negativa” di questa concessionaria ma assolutamente non per sminuirla.
I bought a car here (Golf GT).
After a few weeks and an engine warning light came out; I come back over and over and they can not tell me what the problem is.
After several trips tell me that it can be a sensor problem, I change the sensor (300 €) of course remitted by me because out of warranty.
Problem solved? Unfortunately no, after a few weeks another time the engine warning light comes out again; at this point I go to another mechanic who found me immediately the problem is to replace it (manifold) makes me notice that it takes 1200/1300 €, of course Gaiarsa (buying dealership) told me that this problem is not covered by the guarantee.
I think this problem had already come out before the machine was sold.
I hope I'm wrong about this but there are many doubts with no certainty that this problem came out only after the sale.
This review is to explain my experience "in this bad case" of this dealership but absolutely not to belittle it.
