★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo questa sarà una recensione negativa nei confronti dell'officina,con la quale mi sento trattata da ragazzina ignorante. Al di là della mia età e di quanto io possa saperne di auto, i clienti vanno trattati allo stesso modo. Ho esposto un problema sulla retromarcia e mi hanno letteralmente liquidata dicendomi che é un problema di meccanica,per cui me lo devo tenere. Questo é un peccato,perché chi mi ha venduto l'auto, é una persona davvero eccezionale,il quale é sempre stato disponibile, mi ha sempre risposto al telefono e si é sempre fatto in 4. É un peccato aver un post vendita ,da parte dell'officina, che fa acqua da tutte le parti. Scelsi Peugeot proprio perché il venditore mi dava fiducia (e tutt'ora non posso lamentarmi di lui a distanza di 2 anni e mezzo)

I exposed a problem with the reverse gear and they literally liquidated me by telling me that it is a mechanical problem, so I have to keep it. This is a shame, because whoever sold me the car is a truly exceptional person, who has always been available, has always answered the phone and has always done 4. part of the workshop, which leaks water from all sides. I chose Peugeot precisely because the seller trusted me (and I still can't complain about him after 2 and a half years)

Personally bad experience on buying used items. Very good in the sale, unfortunately not so good in the after-sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la vettura per la riparazione a seguito della grandine. Mi è stata riconsegnata dopo 2 settimane con diversi pezzi danneggiati e con una verniciatura di qualità molto scadente e con un evidente differenza nella tonalità delle parti riverniciate. Dopo lamentele con l'assicurazione l'auto è stata ripresa in lavorazione per riparare i danni causati e rendere la verniciatura uniforme. Il lavoro finale è accettabile, ma non consiglio di far fare lavori di carrozzeria in questa officina
I brought the car for repair following the hail. It was returned to me after 2 weeks with several damaged parts and with a very poor quality paintwork and with a noticeable difference in the shade of the repainted parts. After complaints with the insurance, the car was resumed to repair the damage caused and make the paint uniform. The final work is acceptable, but I don't recommend having body work done in this workshop

Ho avuto qualche discussione per la non corretta manutenzione dell'auto appena acquistata ma, il titolare si è rivelato una persona onesta e disponibile ed ha fatto la manutenzione che andava fatta, 3 mesi dopo l'auto aveva delle perdite di acqua (problema dovuto ad un difetto del motore) e mi è stato risolto il problema in garanzia. Disponibili anche nel post vendita. Difetto: Tempi d'attesa dell'officina lunghi.
Inizialmente non ero troppo soddisfatto ma mi sono ricreduto.
Kind and fast in selling. I had some discussions about the incorrect maintenance of the car just purchased but, the owner turned out to be an honest and helpful person and did the maintenance that had to be done, 3 months later the car had water leaks (problem due to an engine defect) and the warranty issue was resolved. Also available after sales. Defect: Long workshop waiting times.
Initially I was not too satisfied but I changed my mind.
