La garanzia post vendita è tra le peggiori, coprendo molto parzialmente i danni che a solo 1 mese dall'acquisto ho riscontrato per un importo che supera i €1000.00. Il venditore oltre ad applicare uno sconto cortesia irrisorio all'acquisto dietro a parole come "auto perfetta etc", rispetto ai problemi lamentati non ha mosso un dito. Il libretto di circolazione è stato spedito alla mia residenza in Emilia con tempi lunghissimi e fuori tempo tanto da lasciarmi con il documento provvisorio oltre i limiti concessi di 30 giorni dal passaggio. Sono molto deluso. Sicuramente sfortunato, ma una componente di scarsa/nulla assistenza alla vendita è più che evidente. Good people. L’auto mi è stata consegnata tagliandata e in condizioni conformi alla descrizione, oltre che completa di manuali, chiave di scorta e tesserina per la copia del telecomando. Si sono occupati di tutte le pratiche e in pochi giorni ho ricevuto il libretto, pur avendo ritirato l’auto di sabato. Mi sono venuti incontro con le mie esigenze per il ritiro e si sono comportati in modo molto serio, oltre che professionale. I bought a car from this dealership a few weeks ago.
