AutoBrugnolo reinterpreta il concetto in una modalità completamente nuova, orientamento al cliente che fa invidia agli hotel a 5 stelle, l'esperienza comincia con una accoglienza preparata, cordiale e col sorriso sempre sulle labbra, e già dimentichi di essere in una autofficina, prendono in carico la tua auto e ti accompagnano nella sala attesa, attrezzata con Wi-Fi, maxischermo, salotti e poltrone comodissime, calcio balilla. Il tutto con una vetrata che affaccia sulla officina dove puoi apprezzare la pulizia e professionalità con la quale approcciano la tua auto.
5 stelle meritatissime.

È anche partner premium di arval società di auto leasing e mette a disposizione dei clienti le auto sostitutive. Il servizio è abbastanza efficiente. È anche facile da raggiungere perché si trova lungo la Circumvallazione Esterna di fronte al centro commerciale Auchan di Mugnano e accanto al supermercato Lidl

mi sono rivolta a questa struttura in più occasioni, obbligata dal fatto che è l'unica convenzionata con Alphabet con cui ho un longrent .
Ho potuto così constatare che chi gestisce le richieste è completamente all'oscuro di diagnostica e procedure per cui dal momento in cui consegni la vettura o la tua richiesta entri in un mare magnum di dubbi e oscurità che potrebbero risolversi in tempi biblici. Ad es: 2 mesi per riparare l'accensione della mia vettura (chiamavo ogni settimana senza sapere nulla) ma addirittura 10 giorni per avere un appuntamento per il tagliando, cioè mi hanno richiamato per chiedere ulteriori documenti (non necessari a tal fine) quando presa dalla disperazione per la vana attesa mi ero rivolta ad altra struttura che in mezz'ora mi ha prenotato il tagliando e 2 giorni dopo avevo anche fatto la manutenzione...a.proposito, senza dare tutti i documenti che Bruognolo chiedeva, non so se sapete che i veicoli in longrent sono telecontrollati e non serve dimostrare quanti km hanno! ?
