Hello, sorry but three and a half hours of waiting on the phone is too long for anyone, I understand the period we are all going through, but I can hardly believe that so many people have been waiting to postpone my call after closing time.

Hanno risposto tempestivamente al telefono e si sono posti con enorme gentilezza cercando di aiutarmi a risolvere il problema. Infatti, dopo 10 minuti era tutto risolto. Loro si che si interessano ai cittadini e cercano di aiutarli. Really GREAT service! I contacted them about a problem that arose in the last 4 groups. Abbandonati a noi stessi in una situazione del genere (medico di base nn c'e' piu' da un mese e nessuno ci ha avvertito, saputo per caso da conoscenti 2 giorni fa e oggi per fare giorni malattia dovuto andate questa notte dalla guardia medica e ora nn sappiamo cosa fare visto che c'e' febbre e tosse.) now I'm on the phone from 8.30 and I'm still writing on hold at this moment. A bit of shame right ?! Abandoned to ourselves in such a situation (general practitioner has not been there for a month and no one has warned us, learned by chance from acquaintances 2 days ago and today to make sick days due to go to the medical guard tonight and now we don't know what to do since there is fever and cough.)
