A piano terra si trova Infusion con Cucina e Yoga Store,un locale dove assaporare cibo sano e fresco,con piatti vegani,100% bio dove puoi fermarti a leggere un libro a prendere una tisana o curiosare tra gli articoli dello store.Al piano di sopra c'e' la sala x le lezioni di Yoga e meditazioni. Da yoga = unione ,un luogo di pace,pur essendo a due passi dal centro,Un viaggio fantastico alla ricerca di te stesso. Atmosfera accogliente di pace e professionalita'...Fantastica esperienza di yoga integrale,dove gli insegnanti,molto professionali,ti guidano,alla conoscenza di te stesso,tramite le "Asana"(posture),sia statiche che dinamiche,come il "Saluto al sole".Tramite il "Pranayama"(la respirazione"),"Dhyana"(meditazione),"Dharana"(esercizi di concentrazione mentale),.Con regole e norme morali: Yama (astinenze) e Niyama (osservanze).Ma in tutta liberta' personale.Per praticare : senza giudizio,senza fretta, senza aspettative.Ogni cosa a suo tempo.Respirando a fondo,consapevolmente,nel qui' e ora,lasciando fuori lo stress e i pensieri negativi e ossessivi.Seguendo la saggezza e gli insegnamenti antichi dei maestri di tempi lontani...Benessere in mente e corpo,anti ansia,anti insonnia,...e tanto altro...vi ritroverete agili e flessibili nel corpo e sereni nella mente... senza dipendenza dalle cose... lo yoga e' una filosofia di vita. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho frequentato il centro per un anno e mezzo due circa, poi mi sono trasferita in un'altra città.
Di tutta Genova il centro è la cosa che mi manca di più, dallo staff, agli spazi, fino alle varie pratiche yogiche e meditative. Ad oggi ancora non ho trovato un centro yoga come questo, un angolo di città e vita frenetica dove poter conoscersi (soprattutto interiormente) e carpire la vera essenza dello yoga e dell'amore.
Spero di poter tornare presto a salutarvi.
I went to the center for about a year and a half and two, then I moved to another city.
Of all Genoa the center is the thing I miss the most, from the staff, to the spaces, to the various yogic and meditative practices. To date, I still haven't found a yoga center like this, a corner of the city and hectic life where you can get to know each other (especially internally) and grasp the true essence of yoga and love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho frequentato tante scuole di yoga a Genova ma qui si respira un'atmosfera diversa. E' davvero "yoga integrale" che ti cambia la vita in meglio, senza quasi capire come.
L'ambiente è familiare ma serio, pieno di iniziative diverse.
Una carica di energia e di accoglienza.
Ho incontrato gente fantastica.
Lo consiglierei a chiunque abbia voglia di conoscere e conoscersi.
I attended many yoga schools in Genoa but you can breathe a different atmosphere here. It is truly "integral yoga" that changes your life for the better, almost without understanding how.
The environment is familiar but serious, full of different initiatives.
A charge of energy and hospitality.
I met great people.
I would recommend it to anyone who wants to know and get to know each other.

La scuola di yoga è al piano superiore, in un salone con un’atmosfera magica, al piano terra si trova Infusion un ristorante vegano tisaneria dove si respira una uguale atmosfera....insomma un luogo carico di bella energia, lo frequento da tanti anni e lo consiglio a tutti!
A place of peace and serenity, far from the noise despite being a step away from the bustle of the center of Genoa. The yoga school is upstairs, in a lounge with a magical atmosphere, on the ground floor is a vegan infusion vegan restaurant where you can breathe the same atmosphere .... in short, a place full of beautiful energy, I frequent it from many years and I recommend it to everyone!
