E	Eliana Andrei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non avrei potuto trovare di meglio: un centro dove la competenza e la capacità delle insegnanti sono indiscutibili, in piu' ho trovato quello che cercavo: un clima cordiale, professionale ma non austero, assolutamente non competitivo o "griffato", alla portata anche di chi non è troppo "portato" e di tutti gli altri. ....... e poi mi stanno aiutando ad imparare a respirare, a volermi bene, a capire tante cose e a trovare un po' di pace interiore... Grazie a Gabriella, la mia maestra! I could not have found better: a center where the competence and the ability of the teachers are indisputable, plus I found what I was looking for: a cordial, professional but not austere climate, absolutely not competitive or "designer", within reach of who is not too "brought" and of all the others. ....... and then they are helping me to learn to breathe, to love me, to understand many things and to find some inner peace ... Thanks to Gabriella, my teacher!

M	Marta Agnoletto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho incominciato a praticare yoga in questo centro per un’ernia vertebrale che non mi permetteva più di dormire la notte e dopo qualche mese ho risolto definitivamente il problema. Un anno dopo sono rimasta incinta e Ho praticato durante tutta la gravidanza e questo mi ha aiutato a prevenire o a migliorare le problematiche legate alla gravidanza. Tutt oggi mi aiuta a gestire lo stress legato al lavoro/famiglia. Yoga se ben insegnato e quindi ben praticato genera benessere e dipendenza. E in questo centro le insegnanti sono il top Consigliatissimo. I started practicing yoga in this center for a vertebral hernia that no longer allowed me to sleep at night and after a few months I finally solved the problem. A year later I became pregnant and I practiced throughout pregnancy and this helped me to prevent or improve problems related to pregnancy. Today, Tutt helps me manage stress related to work / family. Yoga if well taught and therefore well practiced generates well-being and addiction. And in this center the teachers are the top Highly recommended.

Ogni incontro, ogni parola, ogni movimento proposto sono come un balsamo per me. Le maestre sono molto attente a descrivere bene la posizione da assumere e mi rendo conto che, affidandomi alle loro parole, il mio corpo ascolta e capisce ogni volta sempre un po’ di più. Provo grande benessere e sollievo in ogni lezione. La voce guida delle maestre è fondamentale per capire e concentrarsi, e mi rendo conto che ogni elemento che loro introducono aiuta ad avere maggiore consapevolezza. Ho iniziato al Chandra Surya e desidero continuare a lungo con loro. Professionalità estrema e capacità di far sentire tutti a proprio agio nella pratica. Ambiente confortevolissimo, pulizia e ordine. Lezioni bellissime di hatha yoga, curate nei dettagli, in cui ciascuno può migliorarsi di giorno in giorno. Il corpo ne beneficia notevolmente, ma anche lo spirito grazie alla grande lezione che il silenzio, la meditazione e la respirazione impartiscono a chi li sa apprezzare.
