Per correttezza mi premuro a modificare la mia recensione , avendo più chiaro il motivo della chiusura e soprattutto avendo capito l impossibilità a comunicare. Vi auguro di risolvere al più presto e ripartire meglio di prima Anyone informing us about what happened ?? It is closed from Friday 1st October and neither an email nor a phone call to inform us. For the sake of fairness, I would like to modify my review, having clearer the reason for the closure and above all having understood the impossibility of communicating. I wish you to resolve as soon as possible and start again better than before
V	Very 007 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palestra che frequento da tempo. Completa, all'avanguardia, ottimo personale. La consiglio e la considero la migliore in assoluto a Palermo e non solo. The gym I've been attending for some time. Complete, state of the art, great staff. I recommend it and consider it the best ever in Palermo and beyond.
M	Matteo Migliore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo mi trovo costretto a recensire negativamente questa palestra raccontando brevemente quello che attualmente stanno vivendo gli iscritti di questa struttura. Nel mese di Ottobre decido, avendo visto l'offerta ottima dell'annuale di 199 euro, di iscrivermi e, DOPO SOLO UNA SETTIMANA DI FRUIZIONE, LA PALESTRA HA CHIUSO. Non mi dilungherò sulle motivazioni, comunque discusse nella loro pagina fb, ma sulla mancanza di professionalità nel non dare alcun tipo di informazione sui tempi della riapertura o di qualsivoglia recapito a cui poter far riferimento (ogni tentativo di andarci fisicamente sono inutili visto che la struttura è chiusa). Sinceramente i primi mesi ero molto fiducioso (a chiunque chiedessi mi dicevano di fidarmi visto che per molti anni è stata molto professionale) nel non richiedere un rimborso nella speranza di una riapertura. Ma ad oggi, dopo 1 mese in cui non si hanno alcune notizie, farò riferimento al mio avvocato per capire come procedere. Unfortunately I find myself forced to negatively review this gym by briefly telling what the members of this facility are currently experiencing. In October I decide, having seen the excellent annual offer of 199 euros, to register and, AFTER ONLY ONE WEEK OF USE, THE GYM HAS CLOSED. I will not dwell on the reasons, however discussed on their fb page, but on the lack of professionalism in not giving any type of information on the timing of the reopening or any address to which you can refer (any attempt to physically go there are useless since the structure it's close). Honestly, the first few months I was very confident (anyone I asked they told me to trust as she has been very professional for many years) in not requesting a refund in the hope of a reopening. But to date, after 1 month in which there is no news, I will refer to my lawyer to understand how to proceed.
M	Mary Hikari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra, attrezzata benissimo, personale cordiale, e istruttori che spiegano benissimo gli esercizi in sala attrezzi, la soluzione Open, permette di fare altre attività, come rebound, Zumba e altro ancora.. mi sono trovata benissimo, grazie per la Vostra disponibilità. La consiglio a tutti ☺️ Excellent gym, very well equipped, friendly staff, and instructors who explain the exercises in the equipment room very well, the Open solution allows you to do other activities, such as rebound, Zumba and more .. I had a great time, thanks for your availability. I recommend it to everyone ☺️
M	Marco Negrì on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho aspettato a lungo prima di scrivere pubblicamente ma sono mesi che scrivo per avere il rimborso di € 238,00 relativi ai due abbonamenti annuali pagati in data 30 luglio 2021 e mai usufruiti a causa della chiusura della palestra. Ho scritto email e pec ma non rispondono! . A questo punto non mi rimane che denunciare pubblicamente il loro comportamento e rivolgermi ad un legale!
