★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can't buy the tickets on the bus, tickets automated machine are not always reachable and cannot accept credit or debit card. We bought the 24hrs tickets and during the day, we waited one hour for a bus that never comes, nobody knows why. The buses are always crowded and ticket validation inside are sometimes not working.
The worst service in Europe!
I would like to make zero in this review.
How can a foreigner can evaluate such a bad performance? We have one of the most beautiful city in the world and this service is awful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very bad service! The lady S. Tiziana (who usually sits on the left) behaves like a street thief. I think her mom needs to educate her better (I hope she doesn’t have children yet, if not, poor them!)
She teared my application form as soon as I told her that I’m waiting for la residenza (as I need it to apply for student ticket). This manner is not “unprofessional”, it’s uneducated! Poor her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst terminal experience i had, and I've grown up and travelled in Asia. Information counters give you wrong directions and the actual office for retrieving your atac card is underground in a super remote corner, for which you also have to stand in line for 15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only way to buy a ticket for Metro is to wait on a biiiiig line. There are no vending machines. Only two ppl. selling tickets on the main tain station of Rome. Unbelievable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is the only place in Rome where you can buy tickets with credit card... you need to wait in queue about 10-15 minutes with 25 people at dirty and smelly underground...Really? In 21st century I can’t buy tickets with card at the one of touristic place in the world?
Look at Milan ATM (public transport company) they made app, where you can buy and validate tickets online.
By the way, in Rome most terrible public transport I have ever seen: buses and trams dirty, drivers are crazy, big delays etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile to find on your own, so I will help you out: coming in from the main entrance (the one that has all the bus stops in front of it), go directly down the stairs. You will then have to go to your left down another floor, down to the metro. There, to your left, will be the ticket office. There is unfortunately no signs to direct you there anywhere in the station, so i hope these instructions are helpful to anyone in termini for the first time.
