È da giorni che provo a tel di lunedì di giovedì e venerdì sempre la segreteria telefonica!! Mando le email e manco uno straccio di risposta!! Sono senza parole!! Mi sono fatta 100 km e mi sono presentata personalmente. Il sito internet porta un orario sbagliato (15,30 mentre alle 13 hanno chiuso). Fossi arrivata dopo le 13 avrebbero sentito le imprecazioni fino a Bergamo. Avrò avuto davanti una decina di persona, ci ho impiegato quasi un’ora e mezza. L’impiegata é stata anche gentíle, ma non sono tollerabili attese simili con solo 2 sportelli funzionanti After hours of telephone attempts I was able to speak to an operator who told me that the revocation of the treating doctor via e-mail took a month, as they were processing the requests of early August. I drove 100 km and introduced myself personally. The website carries the wrong time (3.30 pm while they closed at 1 pm). Had I arrived after 13 they would have heard the swearing up to Bergamo. I must have had about ten people in front of me, it took me almost an hour and a half. The employee was also kind, but similar expectations with only 2 working counters are not tolerable

D	Domenica Maccataio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sto chiamando ogni lunedì giovedì e venerdì pomeriggio dalle 14:15 alle 16:00 come indicato sul sito ma nessuno si degna di rispondere. Risulta sempre occupato oppure parte la segreteria. Non parliamo poi del "servizio" zero coda , che tutto è fuorchè un servizio in quanto gli appuntamenti disponibili sono una volta al mese se ti va bene per poi sentirti dire che npon ci sono medici disponibili. In più masse di gente ad aspettare il turno altro che zero coda. Ultima novità mi sono registrata sul portale per la scelta e revoca e per magia mi sono trovata in mano la prenotazione per fare il vaccino . Io non ho più parole!!!! Non si riesce prenotare un appuntamento con il servizio zero code, non rispondono alle e-mail. It is not possible to contact by phone, when you choose a service the line drops. It is not possible to book an appointment with the zero code service, they do not respond to e-mails.
