Puntuali, dottoresse e infermiere disponibili e molto gentili! I wrote an email to book a date for a vaccine and two days had already made an appointment. Punctual, doctors and nurses available and very kind!
N	Nur Fadel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro pessimo: 1) medico incompetente: mi ha perfino chiesto a me (il paziente) se era il caso di fare la profilassi malarica! 2) molte delle risposte alle mie domande sono state: "non so", " forse " 3) il medico si è rifiutato di farmi alcuna vaccinazione/certificato dicendomi di venire un'altra volta (ovviamente dopo aver pagato) nonostante avessi tutti i documenti come me e nonostante gli avevo detto che non potevo tornare 4) gestito coi piedi: nonostante avessi l'appuntamento, alla accettazione non c'era nessuno, ho aspettato 40 minuti fino a quando mi sono preso e sono andato a cercare qualcuno negli ambulatori. Assolutamente sconsigliato, da evitare come la peste. Bad center: 1) incompetent doctor: he even asked me (the patient) if it was appropriate to do malaria prophylaxis! 2) many of the answers to my questions were: "I don't know", "maybe" 3) the doctor refused to give me any vaccinations / certificates telling me to come again (obviously after paying) despite having all the documents like me and despite having told him that I could not return 4) managed with the feet: although I had an appointment, there was no one at the reception, I waited 40 minutes until I got in and went to look for someone in the clinics. Absolutely not recommended, to be avoided like the plague.

Per fare una vaccinazione che abbiamo scoperto che mi mancha da bambina mi hanno mandato a un centro vaccinale di zona. Centro di zona mi ha rimandato a vaccinazioni internazionali. Quando sono venuta, la responsabile solo urlava per mandarmi via e il medico stava ridendo della mia famiglia che non mi ha vaccinato anni fa. Alla fine, mi hanno rifiutato di vaccinarmi. The service seems pretty fast and polite until there's a special case. I waited a month for the visit. To get a vaccination we found out that I'm missing as a child they sent me to a local vaccination center. zone Center sent me back to international vaccinations. When I came, the manager only screamed to send me away and the doctor was laughing at my family that didn't vaccinate me years ago. In the end, they refused to vaccinate me.
V	Valentina Brigola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dire che certe volte il servizio sanitario funziona alla perfezione; da qui ti vengono inviati a casa gli avvisi per i richiami delle vaccinazioni già con appuntamento fissato e spiegazioni dettagliate riguardo al vaccino da fare. Le 3 volte che sono stata nella sede di Via Statuto ho trovato personale gentile e Dottoresse professionali e competenti. Anche la puntualità è stata rispettata alla perfezione. I must say that sometimes the health service works perfectly; from here you are sent home the alerts for vaccination calls already with fixed appointment and detailed explanations about the vaccine to do. The 3 times that I have been in the center of Via Statuto I have found kind personnel and professional and competent doctors. Punctuality has also been respected to perfection.

Ho trovato il personale accogliente e disponibile oltre che efficiente e preciso. la differenza nel pubblico la fanno le persone! Ringrazio anche per aver preso in considerazione le mie esigenze di orario. I went to via Statuto yesterday to book an international vaccine consultation as the telephone computer system was blocked. I found the staff welcoming and helpful as well as efficient and precise. the difference in the audience is made by people! I am also grateful for taking my schedule needs into consideration.
