I am a registered employee for 3 years, last year playing I suffered an ankle injury with rupture of the talus-peroneal ligament and I did not think after 4 months of being in the field to run ... only thanks to these guys who follow you with professionalism and commitment ...

Frequento la sala pesi con soddisfazione e risultato, cosa non da meno sono seguita con attenzione e gli eserciti sono mirati rispettando le mie problematiche. GRAZIE RAGAZZI I have been going to the gym for 3 years, I have solved my obesity problems. I attend the weight room with satisfaction and result, what is no less attentive and the armies are targeted respecting my problems. THANK YOU GUYS
G	Giulio Castellano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generalmente non leggo e tanto meno scrivo recensioni perche' a mio avviso sono quasi sempre opinioni soggettive (es. mare bello/sporco, si mangia bene/male) Ma questa volta ho dovuto fare un'eccezione perche' ho saputo da altri che c'e' qualcuno che scrive cose assurde su questa palestra! Io e mia moglie la frequentiamo da poco piu' di 3 anni a causa di problemi con la schiena che a me personalmente mi bloccava spesso a letto ma grazie alla capacita' degli istruttori non ho piu' di questi problemi! In seguito con la loro attenzione e consigli sull'alimentazione (non obbligo ma consiglio!) ho anche perso oltre 20 kg e fatto calare il colesterolo da 240 a 160 (senza l'uso di farmaci) che non fa mai male. Come dicevo scrivo questa recensione perche' qualcuno dice che l'ambiente e' sporco o addirittura sporchissimo..... niente di piu' falso e maligno e facilmente riscontrabile solo venendo a visitare la palestra (se interessati) perche' LE BUGIE HANNO LE GAMBE CORTE!!! E se la persona (perche' penso sia soltanto uno con piu' nomi falsi) vuole farmi cambiare idea e farmi vedere dove ha visto lo sporco non esiti a venire il sabato mattina e mi trova li di sicuro. Generally I do not read, much less write reviews because in my opinion they are almost always subjective opinions (eg. Sea beautiful / dirty, you eat well / bad) But this time I had to make an exception because I learned from others that there is is someone who writes absurd things about this gym! My wife and I have been dating for a little over 3 years because of problems with my back that I was often stuck in bed with, but thanks to the ability of the instructors I no longer have these problems! Later with their attention and advice on nutrition (no obligation but advice!) I also lost over 20 kg and lowered cholesterol from 240 to 160 (without the use of drugs) which never hurts. As I said I write this review because someone says that the environment is dirty or even very dirty ..... nothing more fake and malignant and easily found only coming to visit the gym (if interested) because THE LIES HAVE THE SHORT LEGS!!! And if the person (because I think it is only one with more fake names) wants to change my mind and show me where he saw the dirt, don't hesitate to come on Saturday morning and find me there for sure.

Ho frequentato la sala pesi e i corsi di pugilato, entrambi con soddisfazione. Domattina alle 10, appena aprirà, sarò lì. I'm a bank manager, I've been going to this gym for almost fifteen years and I've always had a great time. Especially for the environment, familiar and friendly. I attended the weight room and boxing classes, both with satisfaction. Tomorrow morning at 10am, as soon as it opens, I'll be there.

Il personale molto qualificato e sempre ben disponibile. La palestra é ben attrezzata e per chi volesse é possibile frequentare diversi corsi tra arti marziali yoga boxe e pound . La consiglio assolutamente . I'm an aerospace engineering student I've been attending this gym for the past 3 years and I feel great. The very qualified staff is always available. The gym is well equipped and for those wishing to do so it is possible to attend various courses including martial arts yoga boxing and pound. I absolutely recommend it.
