★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho letto parecchie recensioni prima di scriverne una mia. Si parla di struttura privata, si parla di volontariato e si parla di unica in Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia. Ed è proprio su questo che la struttura va avanti: su essere l'unica in regione. e su questa frase che i cari dirigenti della struttura giocano: "se non ti va bene, puoi tranquillamente andartene". Mi chiedo come una struttura finanziata con soldi pubblici (le terapie dei bambini vengono sovvenzionate dall'asl locale) non venga mai controllata da chi le finanzia. Ed, inoltre: alle terapiste non si contesta nulla, si contesta il fatto che neuropsichiatri, psicologi e logopedisti, valutano i bambini in pochi minuti di seduta, alcune volte superficialmente,. I medici sono il più delle volte irraggiungibili (bisogna prenotarli di mese in mese per avere a mala pena un colloquio telefonico). E se, eventualmente, il neuropsichiatra che segue tuo figlio, non è di tuo gradimento , il direttore della struttura si riserva di non cambiartelo, ovvero ti presenta appuntamenti estenuanti con chicchessia (assistenti sociali, dirigenti medici) per lasciarti con il medico che comunque ti ha recato grandi problemi. Personalmente sono molto delusa
 I read several reviews before writing my own. We speak of a private structure, we speak of volunteering and we speak of the only one in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. And it is precisely on this that the structure goes on: on being the only one in the region. and on this sentence that the dear managers of the structure play: "if you don't like it, you can safely leave". I wonder how a structure financed with public money (children's therapies are subsidized by the local ASL) is never controlled by who finances them. And, moreover: the therapists are not contested for anything, the fact that neuropsychiatrists, psychologists and speech therapists evaluate children in a few minutes of the session, sometimes superficially, is contested. Doctors are most of the times unreachable (you have to book them from month to month to barely have a telephone interview). And if, if necessary, the neuropsychiatrist who follows your child is not to your liking, the director of the structure reserves the right not to change it, that is, he presents you with grueling appointments with anyone (social workers, medical managers) to leave you with the doctor who still has brought great problems. Personally I am very disappointed

Per la signora delle pulizie dell'oculistica al primo piano: ci siamo alzati dalle sedie perché doveva pulirle, peccato che per i circa undici sedili ( sedie e divanetto per i bimbi) ha usato lo stesso straccio senza aggiungere disinfettante...spalmando così da una sedia all'altra quanto raccolto e sotto i nostri occhi! Io non mi sono più seduta.
A star .... For the cleaning lady of the ophthalmology on the first floor: we got up from the chairs because she had to clean them, too bad that for the approximately eleven seats (chairs and sofa for the children) she used the same cloth without adding disinfectant ... thus spreading from one chair to another what is collected and under our eyes! I haven't sat down anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Parto dal presupposto che ho prenotato la visita oculistica un anno fa, comunque oggi 7/10/2020 avevo una visita e purtroppo per errore mio ho dimenticato l'impegnativa. Comunque volendo dato che la visita è stata prenotata da un cup potevano risalire al numero di impegnativa..... Mi rispondono all'accettazione che non si può fare la visita oculistica senza impegnativa ok anche lì ma se voglio mi chiedono 80 euro e posso fare la visita oppure do 80 e se mando l'impegnativa mi restituiscono i soldi, che comunque devo andare a ritirare io (si sprecano per un bonifico) vergogna chiedere soldi perché uno dimentica.. Basta solo dire che non si può fare punto e basta! In un momento di crisi del paese questi chiedono soldi perché hai dimenticato un impegnativa
Bad experience. I start from the assumption that I booked the eye examination a year ago, however today 7/10/2020 I had a visit and unfortunately for my mistake I forgot the referral. However, if you want, since the visit was booked by a cup, they could go back to the referral number ..... They reply to the acceptance that you cannot do the eye examination without referral ok even there but if I want they ask me for 80 euros and I can visit or give 80 and if I send the referral they give me back the money, which in any case I have to go and collect it (they are wasted on a bank transfer) shame on asking for money because one forgets .. Just say that you can't just do it ! At a time of crisis in the country they ask for money because you have forgotten a referral

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero un po' spaventata inizialmente perché mio figlio di 1 anno e mezzo è molto timido e temevo che non sarebbe stato facile fargli la visita oculistica, ma le due dottoresse sono state bravissime, lui si è anche divertito. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura
I was a little scared at first because my 1 and a half year old son is very shy and I was afraid that it would not be easy to give him the eye examination, but the two doctors were very good, he also enjoyed it. I absolutely recommend this facility

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura che ha seguito mia figlia 2 anni fa per un percorso diagnostico. Ad oggi ancora in attesa di chiamata per terapia occupazionale, liste di attesa infinite, si sa non per colpa delle strutture ma per colpa di un sistema sanitario messo sottopressione dalle tante richieste e poche risorse. Piccolo malinteso risolto con cortesia dal direttore. Fortunatamente ad oggi la bambina non necessità più del percorso e quindi rinunceremo al posto.
Structure that my daughter followed 2 years ago for a diagnostic process. To this day still waiting for a call for occupational therapy, endless waiting lists, we know not because of the structures but because of a health system put under pressure by the many requests and few resources. Small misunderstanding solved with courtesy by the manager. Fortunately, today the child no longer needs the path and therefore we will give up the place.
