Peccato però che la seconda sera quando sono andata a ritirare le olive ascolane erano già finite e quindi mi hanno rimborsato. Beh più che riavere i soldi indietro avrei preferito avere le olive!! m	massimiliano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato li per la sagra del tartufo ,iniziamo parlando dei piatti , buoni una gran quantità di tartufo ma soprattutto di qualità . Ho preso come primo le tagliatelle : la porzione era abbondante ben saporita e si mangia con gusto . Come secondo il reale al tartufo : la carne morbidissima e si sentiva per bene il sapore di tartufo ma ,il purè di patate era freddo e di conseguenza aveva cambiato consistenza però ottimo l'uso del tartufo all interno del purè di patate. Una sorpresa il dolcetto soprattutto su base di biscotto non mi sarei aspettato mai fosse cosi buono la accostamento del dolce con il tartufo . Il problema sono le file per prendere i piatti , se si va dopo le 8 di sera ,sono quasi infinite ,lo stesso vale per i parcheggi dopo le 8 di sera diviene lunghissima l attesa per il parcheggio I was there for the truffle festival, we start talking about the dishes, good a lot of truffles but above all quality. Ci sono posti limitati (600) e per entrare occorre fare la fila fino ad arrivare all'ingresso, dove viene misurata la temperatura e vengono fatte disinfettare le mani. Una volta arrivati alla cassa, il percorso è veloce: si ordina da mangiare, si paga e si va a prendere poco distante dalla cassa. Ci sono dei percorsi per i primi e per i secondi, con una propria entrata ed una propria uscita (quando sono andata io erano circa le 21 e la fila era inesistente) e ci sono molti tavolini per sedersi e mangiare. Per quanto riguarda le bibite, invece, devono essere ordinate negli stand che si trovano nel prato. Eravamo in due e abbiamo preso: tagliatelle burro e tartufo, ravioli, reale di vitello e formaggio fritto. Tutto molto buono. Consiglio la reale, morbidissima e super saporita! Well organized festival despite the period we are experiencing. Once you get to the cashier, the path is fast: you order food, pay and go to be picked up not far from the cashier. There are paths for the first and second courses, with their own entrance and exit (when I went it was around 9 pm and the line was non-existent) and there are many tables to sit and eat. As for drinks, however, they must be ordered in the stands located on the lawn. There were two of us and we took: tagliatelle with butter and truffle, ravioli, veal and fried cheese. All very good. I recommend the real, very soft and super tasty!

Yearly during the whole second week of Jul, locals from all over the region come to this festival to taste exclusive truffle based meals. Big portion, amazing quality, lots of truffle, fast service despite the queue and ridiculous prices. 6-7€ for a huge portion. Come and join us at this foodie world!
