Centro assistenza consigliato! Purtroppo il motivo per cui non consiglio questo centro assistenza è che sono gli unici a chiedere 25€ per la diagnosi (mentre altri centri la svolgono gratuitamente) e per la sostituzione del disco fisso mi hanno chiesto 137€ + IVA, quindi 170€, mentre per la stessa operazione un altro centro mi ha svolto il lavoro per 87€. Mi sembra un prezzo eccessivo, aggiunto al fatto che per la diagnosi ho dovuto aspettare 7 giorni (dovevano essere 2-3) e ho ricevuto notizie solo dopo aver chiamato e sollecitato. The staff was nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the reason why I do not recommend this service center is that they are the only ones who ask for € 25 for the diagnosis (while other centers do it for free) and for the replacement of the hard drive they asked me € 137 + VAT, therefore € 170, while for the same operation another center did the job for € 87. It seems an excessive price to me, added to the fact that I had to wait 7 days for the diagnosis (it had to be 2-3) and I only received news after calling and soliciting.

Riparato entro il giorno successivo con relativo recupero di tutti i dati, sono stati gentili e disponibili. Centro assistenza consigliato! Failure to load the operating system, a blue screen appeared on startup and the pc restarted continuously, total panic for the data on the pc. Repaired within the next day with relative recovery of all data, they were kind and helpful. Recommended service center!

Al telefono mi sono sembrati subito molto preparati, decido quindi di recarmi presso il negozio per la riparazione del notebook, risultato? Riparazione celere ad un prezzo conveniente! s	sergio salomoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso questo centro assistenza per un problema di un laptop Lenovo che si accendeva ma non visualizzava nulla a schermo, già visionato presso altri 2 centri assistenza lo davano per spacciato, entrambi i centri avevano diagnosticato un problema di scheda madre consigliavano pertanto la sostituzione del notebook con uno nuovo, nonostante fosse un pc portatile acquistato 2 anni prima per la somma di euro 1600 (tra l'altro fuori garanzia da soli 2 mesi) non rassegnato ho comunque voluto fare un ultimo tentativo, sono stati sin da subito molto cordiali e disponibili, decido quindi di lasciargli il notebook per verificare il guasto e fare un preventivo per ripararlo. Dopo 3 giorni sono stato contattato per il preventivo di spesa decisamente conveniente rispetto al valore del pc portatile e dopo l'arrivo dei componenti da sostituire mi sono recato per ritirare il laptop perfettamente funzionante. Credo che riparare la scheda madre di un computer portatile denota una grande bravura. Consiglio vivamente questo centro assistenza per la loro competenza e professionalità. I went to this service center for a problem with a Lenovo laptop that turned on but did not display anything on the screen, already seen at 2 other service centers they gave it up for dead, both centers had diagnosed a motherboard problem and therefore recommended replacement of the notebook with a new one, despite being a laptop purchased 2 years earlier for the sum of 1600 euros (among other things out of warranty for only 2 months) not resigned I still wanted to make a last attempt, they were immediately very cordial and available, I then decide to leave the notebook to him to verify the failure and make a quote to repair it. After 3 days I was contacted for a very affordable cost estimate compared to the value of the laptop and after the arrival of the components to be replaced I went to collect the perfectly functional laptop. I believe that repairing a laptop motherboard shows great skill. I highly recommend this help center for their expertise and professionalism.
