★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho chiamati per assistenza annuale caldaia e per un problema di assenza di acqua calda. Mi hanno detto che avrebbero chiamato il giorno successivo...se non chiamavo io niente. Mi hanno fissato appuntamento dopo 4 gg e mezz'ora prima l'hanno disdetto. Pessimi!
 I called them for annual boiler assistance and for a problem of no hot water. They told me they would call the next day ... if I didn't call anything. They made an appointment for me after 4 days and half an hour before they canceled it. Bad!

nonostante ciò, il tecnico, da me chiamato al telefono sabato pomeriggio ha, anzitutto, risposto, cosa questa da non dare per scontata, visto che avevo già provato invano a contattare altre ditte e poi con grande disponibilità e professionalità, ha saputo comprendere quale fosse il problema della mia caldaia e darmi il giusto suggerimento per farla tornare in funzione.
Grazie ancora per la disponibilità fuori dal comune.

despite this, the technician, called by me on the phone on Saturday afternoon, first of all answered, something that should not be taken for granted, since I had already tried in vain to contact other companies and then with great availability and professionalism, he was able to understand what it was the problem of my boiler and give me the right suggestion to get it back in operation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne metto 1 perché nn posso metterne di meno! 100 euro per una chiamata di 20 minuti senza fare nulla perché secondo il tecnico era scomodo smontare la caldaia. Mi ha suggerito di chiamare un muratore per eliminare una parte del controsoffitto per agevolarlo. L ho chiamato 3 volte la ditta che mi ha detto mi avrebbe fatto richiamare ma non è stato così. Conclusione 100 EURO PIU 30 DEL MURATORE E LA CALDAIA NON L HA PIU VISTA NESSUNO. CREDO DI ESSERE STATA PRESA IN GIRO
I put 1 because I can not put less! 100 euros for a 20 minute call without doing anything because according to the technician it was inconvenient to disassemble the boiler. He suggested that I call a bricklayer to remove part of the ceiling to make it easier. I called the company 3 times and they told me they would call me back but it didn't. Conclusion 100 EUROS PLUS 30 OF THE MASON AND THE BOILER HAS NEVER SEEN HIM ANYONE. I BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN TAKEN AROUND

Roberto Pagano e' intervenuto sull'impianto in casa di mia mamma anziana quindi oltre assoluta affidabilita' della persona in quanto io mi trovano in ufficio e nn presente lui ha eseguito il lavoro con cortesia professionalita' e disponibilita'. Bisognerebbe avere sempre a che fare con persone di questo livello e cortesia. Grazie ancora

Roberto Pagano intervened on the system in my elderly mother's house, therefore beyond absolute reliability of the person as I am in the office and not present he performed the work with courtesy, professionalism and availability. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto eseguire in data odierna la manutenzione della mia calderina Baxi previo appuntamento fissato senza problemi. Puntualissimi si presentano in due. Il Sig. Roberto e il suo giovane collega Simone della filiale di Gattorna. L'intervento dura circa 90 minuti durante i quali apprezzo la professionalità, la competenza, la serietà e anche la simpatia degli addetti. Mi risolvono il problema segnalato e procedono con l'ordinaria manutenzione. Estremamente soddisfatto. 5 stelle meritate e molto consigliati. Un grazie ad entrambi.
I had the maintenance of my Baxi boiler carried out today by making an appointment without problems. Very punctual they come in two. Mr. Roberto and his young colleague Simone from the Gattorna branch. The intervention lasts about 90 minutes during which I appreciate the professionalism, competence, seriousness and also the friendliness of the employees. They solve the problem reported for me and proceed with the ordinary maintenance. Extremely satisfied. 5 stars deserved and highly recommended. Thanks to both of you.

Professionali educati e gentilissimi raramente capitano persone così per casa. Grande Simone attento a qualsiasi particolare e bravi anche i collaboratori Roberto e Michael. Bravi per il lavoro perfetto da voi svolto con il massimo impegno. Continuate così. Un grazie particolare anche al sig. Francesco Bruzzo, responsabile commerciale professionista serio e disponibile che con la sua esperienza è stato in grado di soddisfare qualsiasi nostra esigenza .
I wanted to thank the technicians of the Moretti branch of Gattorna (GE) who today installed me two Musa MCZ ducted pellet stoves.
