★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aggiornamento del 22/02/22: dato che non sono stato nella possibilità di rispondere al questionario il mio voto è 10 sia per la bravura che per la cortesia nel fornire un'auto sostitutiva anche se non prevista nel contratto sempre-nuova per l'intero periodo in cui l'ho utilizzata
Bravi ! Consiglio di prenotare con largo anticipo almeno un mese prima di qualsiasi intervento se necessitate di un'auto sostitutiva; loro comunque vi verranno incontro nel limite del possibile

Che perla di officina. Amministratore delegato presente e gentilissimo; se per caso lo chiami ed è impegnato ti richiama dopo 1 minuto; impiegate gentilissime, veloci e puntuali. Lavoro splendido , a regola d'arte, e auto riconsegnata lavata dentro e fuori. iper iper iper consigliatissimo .... Peccato che le stelle siano solo 5... :-) bravi!
Update of 22/02/22: since I have not been able to answer the questionnaire, my vote is 10 both for the skill and for the courtesy in providing a replacement car even if not foreseen in the always-new contract for the entire period in which I have used it
Well done! I recommend booking well in advance at least one month before any intervention if you need a replacement car; however they will come to meet you as far as possible

What a workshop gem. CEO present and very kind; if by chance you call him and he is busy he will call you back after 1 minute; very kind, fast and punctual employees. Wonderful work, in a workmanlike manner, and car returned inside and out washed. hyper hyper hyper highly recommended .... Too bad there are only 5 stars ... :-) good!
