Alla cassa sbagliano il conto e mi fanno pagare una cifra spropositata alla mia richiesta di chiarimento per un conto che non mi tornava mi dice il commesso che è giusto. Pago. Esco, leggo lo scontrino e noto che anziché 24 bottiglie ne sono state battute più di 50 e per di più di una marca diversa. Rientro e mi sistemano il conto. L errore lo posso capire e accettare anche se mai ho trovato una simile impreparazione e goffaggine in una cassa di supermercato. Quello che molto mi ha infastidito è non ricevere nemmeno le scuse da nessuno in primis dal responsabile del punto vendita che mi ha lasciato quasi mezz'ora ad aspettare che una addetta sistemasse la contabilità dell operazione. Assurdo, oltre al disagio sembrava pure che a sbagliare fossi stato io. Ero comodo logisticamente a servirmi al Gigante di Gaglianico ma dopo questa esperienza cambierò sicuramente. Bad experience. What bothered me a lot is not even receiving an apology from anyone in the first place from the store manager who left me almost half an hour to wait for an employee to sort out the accounting of the operation. Absurd, in addition to the discomfort it also seemed that it was me who was wrong. Logistically I was comfortable in serving myself at the Gigante di Gaglianico but after this experience I will definitely change.

A prescindere che non bisognerebbe essere infastiditi dal fatto che un cliente chieda un etto e mezzo di San Daniele a 10 minuti dalla chiusura, se compro un prodotto di alta qualità pretendo che sia pulito, tagliato e confezionato in maniera professionale. The supermarket is well stocked, but as far as my experience with gastronomy is concerned ... bad very bad.
