4 Gennaio 2021 ordino, presso la Selecar di Biella una Polo. Il venditore mi da un attesa 2 mesi per la consegna. Vado a fine Marzo, mi dicono che è in ritardo. Vado a inizio Maggio mi dicono che è stata prodotta ma è ferma in Sudafrica.. consegna prevista 28 Giugno.
Aspetta tu che aspetto io chiamo a fine Giugno e sorpresa non è ancora arrivata, è "in viaggio"
Cito testuali parole presenti sul sito Selecar:
"L’obiettivo del gruppo è quello di accompagnare i nostri clienti alla miglior scelta di acquisto, garantendo la convenienza e la serietà sia nella vendita che nel post-vendita."
La serietà nella vendita voi ve la sognate e dovreste vergognarvi.
Un venditore serio avrebbe avvertito di eventuali ritardi di consegna alla stipula del contratto invece non mi è stato detto niente..

 I share my "Odyssey"
January 4, 2021 I order a Polo at the Selecar in Biella. The seller gives me a 2 month wait for delivery. I'm going in late March, they tell me it's late. I go to the beginning of May they tell me that it has been produced but is still in South Africa .. delivery scheduled for 28 June.
Wait, what am I waiting for? I'll call at the end of June and surprise hasn't arrived yet, it's "on the road"
I quote textual words on the Selecar website:
"The group's goal is to accompany our customers in the best purchase choice, ensuring convenience and reliability in both sales and after-sales."
You dream of seriousness in selling and you should be ashamed.
A serious seller would have warned of any delivery delays at the conclusion of the contract but I was not told anything ..

Il problema alla mia auto, dopo un giorno di trattenuta auto in officina (con conseguente disagio) non è stato risolto e sono stato pure offeso dal capo officina. Il venditore buono, ma consiglierei a Selecar di cambiare il capo officina. Metto una stella perchè non posso dare zero.
P.S. Grazie per l'invito a descrivere il mio problema, ma il vostro capo officina è troppo indisponente.
Ho già acquistato un'altra Audi presso un altro cocessionario, dove ho trovato molta più gentilezza e professionalità.
Unpleasant experience with the foreman. The problem with my car, after a day of holding the car in the workshop (with consequent discomfort) was not solved and I was also offended by the foreman. Good seller, but I would recommend Selecar to change the foreman. I put a star because I can't give zero.

I have already bought another Audi from another transferee, where I found much more kindness and professionalism.

Dopo avermi venduto macchina T-Roc alla consegna mi ha confermato che le gomme erano le 4 stagioni ma alla fine mi sono accorto che le gomme messe erano estive!!premetto che ha distanza di un mese per sicurezza ho chiesto se le gomme erano estive o no..risp no le gomme sono le 4 stagioni!!!ho guidato per 3 mesi in multa fidandomi del venditore,vado a reclamare per l accaduto risp loro...Nn possiamo farci nulla possiamo farti lo sconto su gomme invernali!!!!dopo aver speso 20mila euro di macchina questo è stato il trattamento.

After selling me the T-Roc car upon delivery, he confirmed that the tires were the 4 seasons but in the end I realized that the tires were summer !! no..risp no the tires are 4 seasons !!! ! after spending 20 thousand euros for the car this was the treatment.
